Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Bologna

We had a really nice time in Nicolas apartment. The apartment itself was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean, with a lovely view of his garden. The location was perfect, with a very lively street just around the corner but the apartment itself was nice and quiet. Nicola was very friendly and put a lot of care into giving us many great recommendations!

Alloggio molto comodo per muoversi in auto (pieno di posteggi che, anche se blu, sono gratuiti dopo le 20). Struttura pulitissima, nuova e dotata di ogni comfort e utilità possibile, dalla lavatrice con pod di detersivo ai kit spazzolino e dentifricio monouso. Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo, 10/10

Look, this home was absolutely amazing - but by far the location is not beatable. It sits on the hilltop above the old city - which is easy to access and very walkable. It’s so quiet that you forget you’re even in a city. Hosts were amazing! So many great recommendations - including a garden eatery that you can have drinks in adjacent to the larger garden. This home was absolutely amazing.

It was a well equipped, clean and comfortable place.

This apartment is lovingly designed, with every detail thought through for a comfortable stay. The building is clean, and it’s located in a quiet, green neighborhood - away from the busy tourist areas but easy to reach by bus or on foot. The host is very attentive and quick to respond, making sure you have everything for a pleasant stay. Also, there are three grocery stores nearby, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this cozy and peaceful place for anyone visiting Bologna!

We had the most amazing stay with Rabab and family, so helpful went above and beyond to help us! Even picking us up from a local restaurant as we decided to walk! It wasn’t ideal to walk back 😂 so close to the station with a train to Bologna. Which we visited Florence and Rome. We will definitely to coming back to stay! Truly wonderful.

Piccolo appartamento in mansarda con terrazzino, perfetto per due persone. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, gli host sono stati sempre disponibili. Buona posizione, abbastanza vicino al centro.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjours dans la maison de Alberto. Le parc est magnifique et la maison très confortable et bien équipé. Alberto est charmant et toujours attentif pour que notre séjours se déroule bien. La maison est proche de Bologne et autour de la maison il y a des balades à pieds magnifique.

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

Ho un cane di grosse dimensioni ed è sempre complicato trovare situazioni adatte o che la accettino,quindiper me è statounplus notevole, la casa ha un ampio giardino recintato e privato con zone d'ombra e non, Vania è una persona molto gentile ed alla mano, presente se necessario, la strada per arrivarci è semplice ed il parcheggio molto comodo. detto ciò, ci si trova bene. a mio parere è un posto dolce si può stare tranquilli se è ciò che si cerca.

Emanuela è davvero gentilissima e la casa uno spettacolo! Le stanze sono molto spaziose, ogni angolo è pulito e ben curato. E i giardini sono la chicca perfetta! Davvero consigliatissimo, vicino sia al centro che a Bologna Fiere

Sehr netter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft in altem italienischen rustikalen Still. Gibt es alles was man braucht, 1 Stunde mit Auto nach Bologna und Modena, 1,5 bis Ravenna und Burg Canossa. In der Nähe die Käserei mit leckerem Parmesan. Kamin war grossartig, wir haben tolle Abende mit dem Feuer und Filme von Fellini genossen. Im Gasten planen die Gastgeber eine Rekonstruktion , damit er auch den Touristen viel Freunde bereiten kann.

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Logement propre,équipé ,agréable et spacieux

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

Soggiorno perfetto, alloggio top , ho alloggiato per il concerto di Vasco e in 10 minuti a piedi ho raggiunto lo stadio, con i mezzi( fermate vicinissime ) si raggiunge il centro di Bologna in un lampo

Wow, what a lovely place to stay. We loved our stay in the apartment, which had absolutely everything we could have wanted. It was perfect for 2 couples like us, and there was extra sleeping options for another 2 people. Absolutely perfect, beautifully clean, great location and we felt very safe with the secure entry and easy walking distance from the train station. Highly recommend to others.

A great stay for a family. Within easy walking distance to the city centre and transport. Very comfortable family home, parking is great. Have to pay extra to use the aircon but overall great bathrooms and very clean stay. Eda is super responsive and lovely! Thanks again, recommend.

Sehr schöne Ecke von Bologna und super schöner Ausblick von der Dachterasse, es lief alles perfekt.

Alloggio molto confortevole, pulito e come da descrizione. Host molto disponibile per check-in e checkout flessibili in modo da poter venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Appartamento leggermente fuori dal centro ma ben collegato dai mezzi pubblici.

La mansarda è quasi poetica, mi sono subito affezionata e sentita a casa. In pieno centro ma leggermente distante dai locali quindi non rumorosa. Arredo moderno ma dal gusto senza tempo, dimensioni giuste per una persona o una coppia, il terrazzino è stupendo, ci si ritrova proprio sui tetti di Modena. Il bagno è piccolino ma funzionale, la lavatrice è comoda e la cucina attrezzata. Certo va considerato che è al 5 piano senza ascensore ma si sa che ciò che è bello non è facile da raggiungere... Proprietari disponibili, presenti quando ho avuto bisogno, educati e gentili. Spero di poterla ancora abitare se dovessi tornare a Modena.

Very convenient to all attractions and restaurants

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Charme und war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 🙂
