Welcome to our newly built house – a close to nature oasis with sauna, fireplace and unbeatable views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes! No matter the season, this is the perfect accommodation for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming jetty with rowing boat just below the house. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3. Free electric car charging. The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture & outdoor shower May-Sept.

Stay quiet and centrally at the end of this dead end street. Lovely accommodation in small house of 60 sqm with open plan and high ceilings. The house has one double bedroom 160 cm. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed 160 cm. There is an option to burn in the small fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included and you make your bed yourself. Washing machine, iron and ironing board available. Self check in via key box with code at entrance door. The landlords live in the house next door. The person who books is staying overnight.

Fully-equipped kitchen, toilet, shower, and laundry room. Two bedrooms with two beds each (double bed or two single). Possibility of another bed in a tent bed or thick mattress (Note: let us know when booking if there is a need). Sauna cottage with shower is available to use. Private jetty with swimming facilities, large south-facing terrace, large grass areas, wifi via fiber cable, TV with Apple TV.

The house is located about 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wifi are available. On the property there is a gym with table tennis and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. In summer there is also heated swimming pool. One further accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Välkommen till det nyrenoverade huset på vår gård. Huset är renoverad i modern lantlig stil. Det nedre våningsplanet är färdigställt och innehåller entré, hall, kök vardagsrum, sovrum och ute terass med gasol grill. På vår gård bor ni i ett naturskönt läge med nära avstånd till många av Hälsinglands sevärdheter och besöksmål. Ca 400 meter från gården rinner Galvån med goda möjligheter till fiske och bad. Här finns även en vedeldad bastu som kan nyttjas Hälsingeleden för vandring ligger nära

Here you will find a private jetty, smaller beach for swimming and good opportunities for outdoor cooking. Rowing boat/eka is available to use and a private parking is available right next to the house. Running water is not available. We fill up water before check-in and it can be picked up smoothly at nearby water source. The toilet is equipped with a new incineration toilet.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. Nice apartment with a great location right by the sea. It's so peaceful to sit on the balcony by the beach. Private jetty, so you can swim directly outside the apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean and fresh accommodation, which I recommend. We would gladly come back another time.

Very pleasant and cozy accommodation in the countryside. A big plus was the outdoor terrace next to the cottage that offered morning and day sun with a view of meadow and forest peaks. Feel free to come back more times!

We visited this place with two families and three kids, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is located at the top of the ski mountain (not too big), offering breathtaking sunsets and a lovely atmosphere. It’s very cozy, with a big win - fireplaces in both rooms, making it even more special. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All guests agreed that the house has a truly atmospheric charm, thanks to its beautiful location and cozy interior. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in this beautifull house! It feels like going back a century in a good way. The toilet being outside wasn't a problem at all and gave us the opportunity to see the Northern Lights many times at night. The outside shower was a bit cold, but that's mainly because we stayed in the Autumn. On sunny days it's perfectly fine! Therese and her husband were really nice hosts! We would definitely recommend this house!
