The house is located on one of the many culturally and historically valuable farms in the old district of Östanfors in Falun. Only 50 meters to water with the possibility of swimming and next to it is the cozy park Kålgården. There is a sandy beach (not an official swimming area), large playground, beach volleyball court, barbecue area, tables, benches, mini golf, boule court, outdoor gym and large dog rest area.
