During the fall of 2024, Wi-Fi has been plugged in, the plot widened, the front door is replaced, the broccles painted, the windows renovated. During late spring 2025, a terrace is built so the bridge gets bigger as well as parking is built with the possibility to charge an electric car. During early our lawn is also landscaped after autumn's widening of the plot. Close to most things in Rättvik, you can relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Experience Dalarna at its best with a beautiful view of Lake Siljan. Skiing close to the cabin.

In case of snow access ski tracks outside the house, fiber, cromcast are available, Gesundaberget with great views, cycling and downhill Linens and towels for RENT SEK 200/person and departure cleaning SEK 750 for the large cabin . In winter visit Bjursås Ski Center for nice downhill skiing & Sörskog for good cross-country skiing trails, or ice fish & skate on the lake outside the door.

In the center of a forest, with your own private lake, but close distance (6km) from shops and restaurants. walking and Cycle tracks on your doorstep and ski resorts close by (10km) access to a boat and join dalälven ( river)from the private lake to leksand where there is excellent fishing and a water park.
