Cottage holiday rentals in Bollenstreek

What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

We had a lovely time in IJsselstein, it is a wonderful cottage with peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Jokelien was a fantastic host, very flexible and helpful. Can only recommend, would love to come back!

We found a lovingly designed, very well equipped house in every way. Everything was as described and as pictured. The house is quietly very close to the dunes. In the garden we saw a rabbit almost daily. Esther, the manager, was very friendly and responded super quickly and immediately found solutions for everything. We enjoyed our stay and would vacation here again. Thank you!

Super friendly staff. The place was as shown in the pictures and everything was very clean. Check-in and check-in worked without problems. Very great park. I can only recommend it. Perfect for kids.

We had a lovely holiday with six adults. Everything worked wonderfully. The hot tub is great! Everything was clean and exactly as it was described on the photos. The communication with the owner is great, she responds quickly and kindly. We would go back there anytime. One car can park right in front of the house, the other in front of the residential park in a free parking lot. The path is about 5 minutes - everything is easily accessible. Shopping can also be reached directly within 4 minutes by car. It is highly recommended.

We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay with Judy. She is very kind, courteous and available for all questions. The whirlpool was also great fun, we even had our privacy there❤️ If you want to escape everyday life and stress, I can highly recommend Judy's accommodations. I would be happy to come back.

We had a very nice time in Marjan's place and felt very comfortable. The cottage is modern and lovingly furnished. You'll find everything you need. On the terrace, you can relax and you can watch animals or planes all day. The hot tub was our absolute highlight and was used every night. We can definitely recommend Marjan's AirBnB and would come back anytime.

What a beautiful and inviting lake home very close to Gouda and all local transportation. It was fast travel to Rotterdam and only an hour from Amsterdam / both were easy access through the local train station Gouda Gowervelle. We enjoyed all the running and biking paths along the lake and canals. Shopping and sightseeing in Gouda was fun as well! (Enjoyed the cheese museum which is perfect for kids of all ages. ) The lake house was a perfect setting, neighbors are friendly and quiet and the home is spacious enough for 4 or small families and it’s simply beautiful . Enjoyed!! Great hosts and very responsive! Highly recommend.

Beautiful house and perfect host!

My mother and I had a really comfortable stay at this property. It is exactly as described and had everything we needed. It’s in a very quiet neighbourhood with local shops and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of central Wassenaar. Jeanette the owner was easy to communicate with and popped round to say hello, and we really appreciated the generous provisions she left at the property. We would definitely stay there again - thanks for a lovely stay.

The house was a 10 out of 10 for us. The location of the house, the amenities, the wonderful balcony towards the water with the ducks was simply an absolute dream.

Angelique was a good and friendly host. She greeted us right on the street, so we didn't have to look any further for the accommodation. The cottage is very lovingly furnished. The location on the water is really good. You have your privacy here. We were also very pleased about the food provided. We had a very nice time.

We had wonderful days at Frederika's, the place looks even nicer in real life than on the pictures. Special highlight next to the incredibly beautiful view - the rowing boat! Which we were allowed to rent for free! Small but nice. Would recommend! Note: Wifi is certainly not required in such an environment, but would have made the stay even more pleasant. Thank you!

We spent a week with our dog in the accommodation and had a great time. The apartment is perfect for a holiday with a dog - just a few minutes by car from the beach and about 20 minutes to the center of Amsterdam. So we could enjoy both beach and city holidays. The apartment is a bit small, but very cozy and ideal for two people. The small, private front garden with seating is particularly practical - perfect for dog owners or smokers. The communication with the hostess was excellent: friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. We were completely satisfied and even spontaneously extended our stay. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Warm welcome from hostess Sandra. The apartment is lovingly designed and furnished in a maritime style with attention to detail. Perfect amenities, really everything you need. The small bathroom is very modern with a very spacious shower cubicle. Sandra and Ed are always available and quick to respond. Please be sure to visit the recommended restaurants, all 3 were excellent. We were on site for 9 nights, felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment!

I had a wonderful stay at Jeanet's comfortable, well-equipped and quiet cottage. The space is newly renovated and super-clean, and it was clear that a lot of love and energy has gone into making the space as pleasant and functional as possible. The cottage has its own private garden, and is reached via a separate entrance. The Bussum-Zuid train station is an easy 5 min walk away, and has frequent and efficient train connections to Amsterdam and other nearby cities. I also want to mention the beautiful nature walks one can make nearby, which start just beyond the train station. I will certainly consider coming back here on my business trip!

Lovely place. Amber had bikes we could use for us, our baby, and our 6 year old. A great spot for coming in or leaving Amsterdam as it’s close to the airport.

Dennis and Sandra's cottage is fantastic! Fully equipped, in addition to a quiet playground (very convenient with young children) and the trampoline, the children loved it!

At Paulien's place we experienced Dutch hospitality. The place where the guest house is located is just wonderful. Nature, water channels, ducks and geese. If a person wants to relax from stress, this is just a wonderful place. The house was clean, smelled fresh, everything necessary was there. We were made to feel welcome there. Paulien had respected our privacy, but at the same time she was always ready to provide support and assistance. It was a wonderful holiday and we hope we will be able to visit them again.

Super cozy, very lovingly furnished cottage with everything you need! The communication with Trudie & Bert was absolutely straightforward and we kept some "chats about the farm". The location between the sea & beautiful pedestrian zone is ideal!!! We had a fantastic stay despite a lot of rain and wind! Will come again any time!!! Martina and Uwe

Timo is a super friendly, attentive and helpful host. We found the beach house even more beautiful on site than already visible in the photos - very clean, cozy and functional. On the beautiful terrace you could have a good breakfast and relax in peace. The beach is within walking distance. We felt comfortable all around and would definitely book this accommodation again. Sonja's place is very nice and privately located. The possibility to kayak through the canals was also great. We will be happy to come back.
