Holiday rentals with a patio in Bolivar

The place is just as it appears in the photos, very clean, the view from the apartment is BEAUTIFUL. Communication with Alejandra was very good, always attentive, flexible. The area is quiet, not as crowded as the other areas of Coveñas, you can find restaurants nearby.

This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the location to the amenities! The pool was fantastic with incredible views. The space comfortable, clean and well decorated. The balcony view was also nice and a great way to have your morning coffee. Someone was always there to respond to any questions even very early morning! Do not hesitate if you want a great accommodation and being in walking distance to the walled town.

Our stay with Maria was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, everything was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well taken care of. Maria went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — always just a quick text away and responding within minutes, no matter the time. She offered such thoughtful recommendations, from things to do in the area to where to find the best private beach — which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! Her hospitality made us feel right at home, and her attention to detail truly set this experience apart. If you’re lucky enough to stay at one of Maria’s properties, you’re in great hands. We can’t recommend her enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Place is decorated amazingly. Not much around, but if you like the beach it’s for you! Loved the balcony and comfy bed. Wish there was a TV in the living area though.

My friends and I stayed here this past week and we loved it! It’s in the perfect location everything is a 5-10 minute walk and if you do excursions to islands the meeting point is just a 10 minute walk!! We did not have to uber anyway and the place was so pretty and reception was very friendly as well.

Everything was nice and neat, only need to replace some items like the coffee maker also needs to clean up better bc we found some big roaches; besides that everything is beautiful, nice view from up there. I will recommend it to anyone who’s traveling to coveñas.

Our stay was amazing! I came with 3 friends and we all loved the house—spacious, clean, and full of charm. The location in Getsemani was perfect, close to great restaurants and nightlife. Each bedroom had AC and a private bathroom, which made it super comfortable for all of us. The rooftop views and pool were a major highlight, and we spent a lot of time enjoying both. What really made the stay special was the housekeeper who also cooked delicious meals for us. Having someone available 24/7 gave us peace of mind and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely come back!

Our stay at Alex's property was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place is simply spectacular, surrounded by lush nature that provides an atmosphere of tranquility and total rest. The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, ideal for enjoying with family or friends. Without a doubt, one of the biggest attractions is the pool, which exceeded our expectations; it is spacious, clean and perfect for relaxing or having fun. The ranch is another spectacular space, ideal for sharing unforgettable moments, whether preparing a barbecue or enjoying the breeze. The kids had a great time exploring every corner of the property. Alex's hospitality as a host was excellent, always attentive to any request and ensuring a flawless stay. We leave with the best memories and would definitely come back without thinking twice. We recommend this place to those looking for comfort, nature and total disconnection.

Nice apartment in a nice, safe, private and quiet area. I highly recommend it, everything is the same as described and as it appears in the photos, if you have the opportunity to stay, do it, it is well worth it, the service and in general everything 10/10. I hope it's not the last time and we hope to return soon.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The accommodations are stunning and provided a private, relaxing feel at the end of a day full of activities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool/patio helped cool us down at the end of a hot day, and the rooftop was a perfect escape from our busy kids. If that wasn’t enough, the caretaker, Cancio, made sure we had everything we needed. I could not imagine staying anywhere else in Cartagena. 100% recommend!

This place is amazing, the host anna and the staff are great. Bebeann make sure our rooms are well clean and prepare breakfast for us every morning which was amazing. The location is perfect and it a virbrant community. We will be returning, thanks again for hosting us we love the place.

This was the perfect place for my short stay in Cartagena. It’s in a lowkey area that has walkable amenities like an ATM, grocery store, mall, a café, and the Castle in the background. The overall aesthetic of the unit matches my style to a T, and the interior amenities are amazing, including the pool and the rooftop balcony. The team was also very helpful, as the housekeeper and the security in the evening were a blessing to have while we were there. Overall, I would stay here again and again and would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay outside of the bustle of the walled city but still close enough to access everything.

The hosts were extremely accommodating by helping me surprise my boyfriend with decorations for his birthday that he love. The place is just like the pictures and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and supervised by security for added peace of mind. The location is central to all the main attractions. The host recommended several restaurants and very knowledgable. Dont hesitate and book this place now you wont be disappointed.

Our stay at this apartment was simply spectacular. From the first moment we felt very comfortable; the place was impeccable, well equipped and charmingly decorated. What we enjoyed most was the pool and, without a doubt, the breathtaking view offered by the apartment, it's postcard! In addition, the price seemed excellent considering everything it includes. Loved our stay! Came to Cartagena with a few friends and 3 of us stayed at this lovely airbnb! We especially liked the open layout specifically the spacious living room and large double sink vanity outside bathroom. The building is also very secure and on a nice side street which allows the unit to be relatively quiet compared to other nearby streets; yet also in the center of all the activity! We loved the walk-up wine/cocktail bar across the street! We may have become their top customer for those 4 days! 10/10 recommend the sangria! W

Claudia’s listing was absolutely on point. It is obvious that she strives for excellence with her listing. The apartment was well located, located across the street from the beach. Grocery stores are very clean se and in walking distance approximately 2 blocks. Claudia consistently checked on me to make sure my stay was pleasurable and made it clear that she was always available. She is not a host that sets her listing on auto pilot and never check on her guest. She is much more hands on. You will not go wrong with this listing.
