Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bolivar

Booked another location for the wrong date. I made contact and within 2 hours I was in the home. Getsmani is a great location. Home is spacious.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and couldn't be more grateful for the experience. The location was fantastic — very active and festive, with plenty of restaurants just 2-3 minutes walking distance away. It made exploring and enjoying the local culture incredibly easy and fun. A special thank you to Carmen, who truly made the stay unforgettable. She was so caring, thoughtful, and also had a great sense of humor — it was such a joy waking up each morning to a delicious breakfast she prepared, and the house was kept spotless thanks to her daily cleaning. Her warmth and energy really made it feel like a home away from home. The security guard (I can't recall his name, unfortunately) was also amazing — very helpful in arranging taxis and making sure we weren’t being overcharged. It was very reassuring to have someone so reliable and attentive looking out for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely be rebooking for future trips. Thank you again!

Great place, centrally located but still quiet. Roberto and his team were so communicative and helpful. They set up rides to/ from airport and had fruit and water upon arrival. And had great insight on things to do around town. Place was clean and a/c was comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend!

We had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super cozy. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze with clear instructions. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful at night. The little touches really made it feel like home—like fresh towels, coffee, and even some local tips that helped us make the most of my trip. Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super comfy, and everything felt well taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation! Alfredo our butler was amazing!

Great place for family. Better than the photos!

What a great central place to stay in Getsemaní. We made a last minute booking here and it was great that we were able to drop off our bags with the cleaning crew until the check-in time. When we checked in, the home was well maintained and clean. Being able to walk to restaurants and shops was really convenient. Plus, the action is literally at your doorstep. If you’re sensitive to noise late at night (past 11pm), they did include earplugs. (We slept just fine without them) I would definitely stay here again over a condo in Bocagrande!

This was a perfect location in the heart of everything with a great concierge to assist with all things local. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

If you’re going to Cartagena, Ruben’s listing is the place to be! It was exactly as the pictures. Very safe, secure building with wonderful pool. Apartment overlooked the beach. Was amazing watching the sunsets. Very romantic spot. Ideal for couples. Everything was clean as well. Walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Plus close to Old Town (few minute drive). We had the most wonderful stay in Luis's beautiful apartment. From the moment we were greeted by the friendly, welcoming door staff who checked us in, and walked through the cool, spacious lobby and gardens to our apartment, we know we were going to love it. The apartment is bright and spacious, cool, with excellent air conditioning and nicely furnished as well as being spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there was always plenty of hot water. A highlight for me was the beautiful gardens surrounding the patio. The pool on the roof of the building was perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the city. The apartment is just a couple of minutes walk from beautiful plazas with amazing restaurants that got lively during the evening, but once at the apartment, we didn't hear a thing and slept very well indeed on the comfortable king bed. It's not often I say a place is perfect, but for us, this place really was. Thanks Luis.

The place was easy to find using Uber! Everything was honestly within walking distance… about a 20-25 minute walk to Getsemaní & San Felipe castle as well. We always felt safe walking around even at night (we didn’t stay out too late). The place was clean and had AC! Which was a big plus for us since we brought pants and were walking everywhere. I would recommend for anyone looking to stay.

Despite being in an old building, the apartment is in perfect condition, clean, close to shops. Beautiful view, secure sector. I would definitely stay there again

This place is amazing and I would absolutely recommend it. I searched so many places looking for a safe and convenient location for my family visit and this place met 100% the expectations. Not only the interior is beautiful, clean and it a good condition but the surroundings are safe, the front door person only opens the door to the folks that are staying in the building. Location is great you are a block from the serrezuela mall and two blocks from Santa Clara hotel with lots of very nice restaurants along the block.

We enjoyed our stay here, the host is very accommodating and responsive. Building security is very tight. I thought that this would hinder some fun for us but the host assured a great time and great experience for us. The pent house view is beautiful to wake up to every morning. It’s nice and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean. I believe the pics may have be taken at night. One tip I would leave them is to take more bright high quality pics. Other than that thank you for your hospitality! The Penthouse Cartagena experience was amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Amazing apartment with a beautiful rooftop pool! They even have daybeds for use. The apartment has a very cozy ambiance with comfortable lounging areas and beds. I stayed for a month and had an amazing time. Security was very friendly and everything is very very close.

I 100% recommend Maria's apartment.. it is very nice.. it has all the comforts.. the spectacular sea view we enjoyed it.. Everything worked perfectly.. the apartment was very clean and tidy.. there was a hair dryer.. all.. the balcony overlooking the sea excellent.. Maria was attentive at all times to our requirements.. she is an excellent host

Great stay! I would 100% come back and stay here. It was conveniently located to nearby shops and restaurants. Don Platico was our favorite to walk to. Just a short 2min walk. Super clean and always easy to get a hold of.

Sara's apartment is a variable distance from the historic center, in a very safe area and with magnificent views. The wifi worked properly to be able to work remotely, answer calls without problems. The proximity to the supermarket, down the elevator you have access to the supermarket parking, ideal for shopping, cooking in the apartment and enjoying the food with the beautiful view! In short, highly recommended!

Loved the stay! A pleasant place, super quiet and with a beautiful and incredible view. I thought the location was strategic because it is in front of the sea and different restaurants and shops. Certainly a great choice to come back. Contact with Sebastian was always friendly and very fast. Thank you for your attention, I rested a lot.
