Santiago was always very responsive, the check in was very easy the lobby people was very kind and helpful the building is very clean the piscina beautiful and front beach spectacular, the apartment was very clean and beautiful just like the pictures showed, I will come back greatly recommend it.

We were family plan 3 adults and my son, the stay was quite well, the apartment complied with everything promised and Sandra was a very kind host who explained everything very well when entering so much so that we did not have to communicate for anything in our time in the apartment. 1. Oceanfront location: The apartments are located a few steps from Manzanillo beach, providing direct access to a quiet and less crowded coastal area than the beaches of the historic center 2. Resort-style amenities: The complex has outdoor swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, a children's play area and access to a beach 3. The cleanliness, the comfort of the facilities is incredible, perfect for going as a family a safe place I will return.

Of all the places I have stayed at, definitely in my top 5. It’s a shame that the AC is quite so noisy but I understand this is common throughout the building. Nevertheless, a great and comfortable place.

Our stay at this apartment was simply spectacular. From the first moment we felt very comfortable; the place was impeccable, well equipped and charmingly decorated. What we enjoyed most was the pool and, without a doubt, the breathtaking view offered by the apartment, it's postcard! In addition, the price seemed excellent considering everything it includes. The hosts were extremely accommodating by helping me surprise my boyfriend with decorations for his birthday that he love. The place is just like the pictures and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and supervised by security for added peace of mind. The location is central to all the main attractions. The host recommended several restaurants and very knowledgable. Dont hesitate and book this place now you wont be disappointed.

Waking up to that gorgeous water view and enjoying a glass of wine at night while looking out at the ocean made this trip unforgettable. That view is honestly the reason I chose this apartment, and it did not disappoint. The bedroom was comfortable, and the neighborhood, although very touristy, felt safe and lively. There are plenty of restaurants and even a barbershop nearby. I also visited the massage parlor right next door a couple of times—great service and affordable, around $40–$50 for a full body massage. The beach is within walking distance, and the area is very walkable. Security was also great, and I really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful you were throughout the stay. Outstanding stay in Cartagena! Everything about this place was amazing — the view is breathtaking, the pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and check-in was super easy. Special shout-out to Sra. Luisa, who was incredibly kind and attentive. I actually forgot my phone and she chased me down in the lobby to return it — seriously, she went above and beyond! Also, María, the host, was fantastic — always quick to respond and very helpful with all our questions. Fernando’s hospitality is top level and his responsiveness brought peace and calm to the overall experience. The hot tub was terrific. The space itself was very clean and everything else was right outside of the suite, like stores, banks, beaches, restaurants, etc. I foresee us staying with Fernando in the near future yet again.
