This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. We loved from the minute Annick took us into the house. First impressions were that we felt at home. Beautiful house, gardens and the sparkling pool. Comfortable inside with great furniture in the lounge/diner. Kitchen was provided with ample crockery, utensils, etc. Utility room a god send with washer and dryer. Bedrooms and bedding really first class. The garden outside is tranquility of peace and quiet and very much to our liking. Lots of sun beds and chairs that could be moved to catch the sun. We didn’t bother with much sight-seeing, only visiting the local shopping mall for groceries and a coffee. Great response, Annick was always on hand to fix any queries we had. We loved it so much we have already booked for a longer stay next year. Can’t wait.

Perfect house for 6 people, very spacious, a beautiful and well-kept garden along with a super well-located pool with sun all day, practical and clean kitchen, it has a dining room and a living room to watch TV, all the rooms had fans and you slept comfortably. Quiet neighborhood, you can breathe peace. We loved staying there, the host was very nice and adapted very well to our schedules, and they also lent us a travel crib for our baby. I definitely recommend this charming house.

Very nice house, not very large but comfortable interior, with a very nice outdoor space with a great view of Montgo and the bay of Dénia in the distance. A reasonable distance from the beaches of Dénia and Javea (20min drive). Very good communication with Luz. We had a great time in the house and recommend it.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!
