Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Boiling Springs

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. It is perfect location for riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail and was very close to Furman University where we had a few events. Look forward to returning next year!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Fluor Field. Matthew's place was an easy walk to/from the field. It is a cute, vintage apartment and Matthew's description is very accurate. We used the noise machine and didn't have any issue sleeping. We had everything we needed for our stay.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. really nice people. They live right next door.. they have a couple of apartments here on their property. They actually were life saver for me. I left my laptop power cord at home and they had one for me to use. ... Very nice and accommodating folks.

Best stay ever! Lin and Russell were so kind and friendly. She gave us a tour of the apartment before hand. The apartment was stocked with everything you need and more. Dog friendly with a nice backyard for our dogs to use. You really felt like you were home.

Rita met us at the property and showed us the house, gave us the keys and provided helpful written notes. She stayed in communication with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Great property and great host.

Spent a week for work. Close to downtown and easy access to everywhere you need to travel. Great walking/running trail just down the road. Will stay again when back in Greenville.

I was there the second time and if i have to go back to Spartanburg again i hope i can get the Apartment again

Very nice, large & clean remodeled basement. Comfortable bed, large special bathroom, very nice kitchen & dining room , plus a living room & a laundry. We’ve stayed here before & will stay there again. The little extras make it all worth while. Very good & delicious snacks & chocolates, plus coffee pods & cold drinks in the refrigerator. Deanna’s house was perfect for us. It was in close proximity to parks, restaurants and other commercial establishments. This home provided us with a clean & comfortable home base for trips around the area. I highly recommend this home.

The place was great. Very detailed and nicely stocked with even make up remover wipes. The rooms were very comfortable, beds were amazing, had extra blankets and towels. Would choose this place again if I had to stay around the area

This is my second time staying at this lovely house. I stay here longer term (usually around a month or so) and I love it! It’s set up nicely for long term or short term stays. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishware. Highly recommend especially if you are going to the horse show in Tryon, NC.

Navina was very communicative with us. We enjoyed her place in Greenville. It was perfectly located and everything was walkable. The condo was clean, spacious and accommodated 5 adults and a one year old. I have been to Greenville numerous times and Navina’s place is somewhere I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place and extremely clean and had everything we needed. Right at the end of the strip to be able to walk to everything on Main St. Loved our stay.

Michelle's studio was exactly what the doctor ordered. Attending a work event at the Hugenot Mill, the unit could not have been more convenient to the venue. And so accessible to everything Greenville has to offer. The unit was cozy and welcoming and they even went so far as to provide snacks and bottled water. Instructions were clear and easy and the king bed was very comfy. Almost made me want to skip my event 😄 Next time in town will definitely book again. Thank you!

This was a comfortable and quaint place right in the heart of Greenville. We could walk to the farmer's market, shops and various restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Greenville. Renee is an awesome hostess!

We had an incredible stay in Greenville! The apartment is perfect for a couple looking for a place to stay in downtown Greenville. it is incredibly nice and is located in the heart of downtown Greenville, where you can walk to great shops and restaurants. there’s a bike rental place across the street and you can ride on the Swamp rabbit trail for miles! I highly recommend this place and hope to be back!
