It is surrounded by a large garden with lots of greenery, Mediterranean plants and tall pine trees that provide a pleasant shade during the summer heat. The most prominent part of this apartment is a large terrace on two levels (20m2+20m2) which is a place to stay and enjoy the sea view, sunsets, greenery and chirping of birds from nearby trees at any time of the day.
