The villa is located in a secluded area and is approximately 200 meters away. It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It contains eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two seasonal vegetable gardens at your disposal.

The most amazing host that was very kind and friendly, helped with everything we needed. The apartment was 10/10, smelled very nice and was super clean. We had everything we needed in the apartment and much more. If you want to book this place don’t hasitate and book it, you wont regret it! We got to stay longer without any problems. The apartment is located about 1km from Malinska city center and the beaches. It’s in a beautiful neighbourhood with a lovely sunset. The apartment is modern with high standards, with a beautiful balcony wherw it’s perfect to eat breakfast and dinner. We’ll be back here next year for sure! Also we got some homemade gifts when we left which was a really kind gesture. We loved this place!😊

We felt super welcomed at Mdladen's. The apartment is super centrally located. Mladen and his wife were very, very friendly and provided us with a baby crib + a 2nd baby crib linen. We were also allowed to postpone our check-in to 10 AM because we were traveling with babies at night. We would recommend this apartment :) Thank you!

We (two adults, two children age 10 and 9) stayed at Zorica's place for five nights. Unfortunately I had to work for a few days while the family walked down to the beach (15min). The balcony was a good office replacement though. The apartment included everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, aircon, washing machine, etc. Also a full sets of soft, comfy towels were provided. The place was spotless clean. And the smart TV included the Netflix app, which for some reason my children were very excited about. There is even a small pool downstairs that my children were even more excited. The apartment is on the outskirts of town, meaning it is very peaceful and quiet. That said, you can easily walk down to the centre and the beach in 15min. Car parking was available right in front of the door. Definitely recommend this place. Five stars.

We were greeted by the very kind Slavica in her fantastic apartment equipped with everything. The location is great both for getting downtown and getting around the island. The private parking is highly appreciated. Also, you can't help but enjoy the fantastic terrace with sea/sunset view. Highly recommended!

Jasmina was an excellent host-responding in minutes every time we messaged her. The apartment is clean, cozy, and in an excellent location, being within walking distance of both the beach and all the restaurants downtown in Malinska. We also loved the kitchen, which is outfitted with everything you need to cook a meal and make coffee. Parking was also easy, as she has her own private parking outside the apartment. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints whatsoever!
