The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Quiet cozy duplex apartment with large terrace and fantastic view of Lake Constance. The apartment is located in Bodman, about 30 minutes from Constance. In the village, there are various restaurants, a Penny and a small bakery. The living space is about 116 square meters, divided into kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a large terrace with stunning views over Lake Constance. Since we usually live in it ourselves, the apartment is very well equipped.

Beautiful apartment in the second sea line with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. The balcony and the terrace invite you to sit outside and grill. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. A ping pong table, pool table and washer/dryer can be used. The electric car can also be charged.

The 65 sqm apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished with high-quality furnishings. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.80x2m) with a separate bunk for children (up to approx. 10 years), a living room with a sofa bed that can be used if necessary. The kitchen in the dining-living room is fully equipped. There are two quiet terraces between orchards and the garden.

What a gem 💎 a beautiful, spotless, cosy apartment with everything that you need. Great to park the car in your own space. Bernd was friendly and helpful with great recommendations. Lovely and quiet with a small shop for fruit,bread and eggs within a 5 min walk and also a restaurant next to the service station with great food and friendly staff. Only a 30 min drive to Lake Konstanz and the stunning old town. Would love to stay again.

The apartment is very nice, clean and well furnished, check-in and check-out very easy and the Stark family is very nice. Due to the quiet location and the picturesque surroundings, we were able to relax well. The lake and bus stops are within walking distance. So we were able to see a lot of the surroundings. We felt at home

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Garden idyll on Lake Constance

The place was as described. Especially the garden was nice, we were even allowed to help ourselves to the delicious blackberries. It is a 10-minute walk to the lake, and the train station is right there and therefore easy to reach. Ms. Wiener is helpful, so you feel very comfortable.
