Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! The holiday home is located in a former barn with a stork's nest, which has been expanded modern. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.
