Holiday rentals with lake access in Blount County

A million dollar view, blessedly quiet nights, comfortable accommodations, and a kitchen with all of the equipment needed for an extended stay. The home is located in the "Top of the World" residential area below Maryville and looks out over the north-eastern edge of the SMNP. We enjoyed the low-key, non-touristy atmosphere of the surrounding area. This rental unit has a covered patio with an expansive 180-degree view and is situated beneath the owner's residence on the two floors above. Parking is nearby and up a short slope from the door. John is a very responsive host and provided helpful instructions preceding and during the visit, as well as a binder with detailed information about nearby hiking trails, scenic drives, restaurants and resources. No need to plan ahead! If you are a touring enthusiast, Highway 129's Tail of the Dragon is nearby with 11 miles of "hairpin" turns, definitely a highlight. Eagle's Nest is highly recommended!

I simply cannot say enough about Michelle and this establishment. Oh so beautiful outside and gorgeous on the inside. this is our second time at this house, will go back again and again.... Everything we needed and more.

My bridal party stayed and it was everything we could have imagined. Everyone felt right at home and there were plenty of beds available to accommodate 12 people. I felt like no one was crammed and we were able to get all of my bridal hair and makeup done for everyone! The place was amazing thank you once again for letting us stay there

Had a fabulous stay! Clean, everything was neat, newer and nice! Everything worked! We stayed two nights, grilled on the charcoal grill, weather cooperated, hosts were in contact whenever we needed them. Price was reasonable, not outrageous, which was nice. Great area to walk the dog. Neighbors were friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your cabin in the woods!

Great house for a couple of days to relax for two. Great recreational area right on the lake, with quick access to Smoky Mountain National Park.

Host was very responsive to all our questions, He was very helpful when giving us the instructions about location. Beautiful place, very clean and with a gorgeous view. Brandon- Curt are doing a great job keeping the place clean and equipped with everything you need. There is a lot to do for the family, individuals and kids. Also short distance place’s worth it to visit. My family and I fully recommend this beautiful place.

Great place to stay. Out of the way, quiet, and peaceful. Liz was responsive for our late check in and graciously left the lights on for us. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife Taylor and I had a great time at this Airbnb. Hosts were very communicative! Would definitely book again! There were many amenities. Board games, tvs, hot tub, fire place, grill, dock, kayaks, etc. The hosts put so much work into this Airbnb and it clearly shows.

Great location in Townsend to visit the Smoky Mountains! We had an amazing time here and the place was very cozy to come back to every night.

Our family loves staying on the “peaceful side” of the smokies. The location was perfect! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Loved backing up to the river.

Easy peasy check in. Apt had all we needed for a three day stay. Bed was super comfy, sheets sooo soft, and a bathroom that appeared to have been newly renovated! Deli and pub downstairs had good food and generous potions. We were there for the Smoky Mtn Highland Games and had a 5 minute or less drive to the venue. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

This was my third stay at the property. I keep coming back because they keep exceeding my expectations.

My stay was just what my soul needed! The inside was perfect with the beautiful logs and stone fireplace. Looking off the deck was just magical with the sound of the river and the hanging lights. Can't wait to go back and explore more of the mountains and fun places to grab a bite!

Wonderful, friendly, and responsive host! Apartment itself was exactly as described. The walls were quite thin; you can hear your neighbors very clearly. That being said, the host has made a point to emphasize quiet hours, which were mostly respected by the other guests.

The place was amazing! Beautiful inside and out! We loved sitting on the deck by the water and enjoying the peacefulness of the area! Highly recommend and hope to be able to return for another stay.

Absolutely amazing house in a perfect location! The dock had stunning views and was perfect for parking our boat and relaxing. Although we had a minor issue, it didn’t affect our experience as the host was super responsive and had it resolved quickly. Highly recommend staying here and we’d love to come back!

Our stay at the cottage in Louisville was better than we expected. It was comfortable and quiet. We spent a great deal of time on the porch on the edge of the lake feeling relaxed. The amenities were excellent and the hosts were accommodating. We highly recommend this island cottage for anyone who wants to find a bit of piece and quiet.

This was one heck of a gem to find!! We enjoyed our entire stay!! We will definitely be back as well as share this w other people to enjoy!!
