Loved staying here. It’s central to everything downtown which makes for great walkability. There’s zero noise from the restaurant below so no need to worry about that. Plenty of free parking across the street, too. I’ll definitely stay here again next year when I have a return visit to Maryville

Loved the Strawberry patch. Wendy was very clear on the instructions and answered all of our questions. Our room was near the river and we enjoyed sitting on the porch by the flowing water. Very peaceful and beautiful. Will definitely be going back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Maryville, TN. The location was easy to find. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

The place was beautiful and clean and all the my toddler and I needed. He loved steeping into the River outside the INN. We watched Blippi, handyman Hal and Katie’s Classroom inside the pub connected to where we stayed. Everyone was friendly and it’s bike friendly. We rode the 11mile Cades Cove loop on bike and we went to Tuckaleechee Caverns and it was truly a magical stay and media Teton for us.

Fantastic location and peaceful surroundings. We loved relaxing by the water or on the balcony after a busy day of hiking. We will definitely stay here again.

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

Wonderful, friendly, and responsive host! Apartment itself was exactly as described. The walls were quite thin; you can hear your neighbors very clearly. That being said, the host has made a point to emphasize quiet hours, which were mostly respected by the other guests.

So excited to see the mountains every morning. This is why we came to the area in the first place! Great decor and amount of space for two of us. Comfy bed and cute outdoor space we actually made time to use. If you want a place to decompress this is it! Plus Annie is super cute.

Amazing stay! This is one of the most enjoyable Airbnb experiences we have had. Felt like home for our family and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The hosts were very accommodating, the space was spotlessly clean and the location is excellent if you are looking to spend time in East Tennessee. They even left a book with some good personal recommendations of places to visit in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here and when we return to the area we will be booking again!

The building was pretty old but it was clean! A slight musty smell when we first walked in but it was not overwhelming. The listing was described as a “townhome” but it had the look and feel of an outdated apartment complex. Old mattresses and trash were laid out by the dumpsters. Location was extremely convenient for the Tennessee game we were attending on Saturday night.

It was a great place to stay. Very modern stylish, fresh and new. Christine is outstanding and communicated extremely well. A five-star experience.

Excellent communication with host. Host was wonderful! The place has been recently remodeled inside and is very nice. Convenient to get to and from in relation to where I’m working. Washer and dryer is nice to have as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the location to the loft apartment to the ease of getting around, this was such a great stay. I was in Maryville for work but staying here felt more like a vacation! I hope to be back soon.

Very conveniently located within Townsend, which is quaint and has a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, etc. Studio was as described and they provided bathroom and kitchen amenity kits, which were helpful. Would recommend for an affordable but reliable stay when visiting the area!

The Strawberry patch is the perfect location to stay and explore Cades Cove and the Smoky mountains. It was quiet and relaxing, away from all the craziness of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. It had everything we needed and close to a grocery store and gas station. Wish we had more time there. Next time we will bring the kids and stay longer so we can enjoy the river and backyard. We had a great stay!!
