Holiday rentals with a patio in Blausasc

Bertrand was an amazing host who communicated with me throughout the trip. The apartment was spectacular and we fell in love as soon as we saw it. The location is great and walkable to everywhere. This apartment was perfect for our group of 8 and our 5 night stay in Nice. I highly recommend this place for Nice.

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien placé, bien agencé et disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. La vue est magnifique et il est agréable de démarrer la journée avec un café sur le balcon ensoleillé avec la vue sur la rade de Villefranche. Lieu très paisible en hors saison. Belle plage. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Bien desservi en transport en commun. Mention spéciale pour Sonia qui nous a très bien accueilli et à été à l’écoute de nos besoins. Attention si vous arrivez en voiture il n’est pas très facile de se garer.

Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

Εξαιρετική διαμονή με μοναδική φιλοξενία! Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα για 12 βράδια και πραγματικά ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Η Carlotta ήταν απλά φανταστική: από την πρώτη στιγμή μάς καλωσόρισε θερμά, μας έδωσε λεπτομερείς οδηγίες για το check-in και προτάσεις για εστιατόρια, αξιοθέατα και μετακινήσεις στο Μονακό. Κάθε φορά που χρειαζόμασταν κάτι ανταποκρινόταν αμέσως, με χαμόγελο και λύσεις. Το ίδιο το διαμέρισμα είναι φωτεινό, κομψά διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο – οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν! Απολαύσαμε κάθε πρωί τον καφέ μας στο μπαλκόνι, με θέα τη θάλασσα και τους εμβληματικούς πύργους της πόλης. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, η κουζίνα είχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για να μαγειρέψουμε, ενώ οι έξτρα πινελιές (premium προϊόντα περιποίησης, συσκευή καφέ, αρωματικά sticks κ.λπ.) μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à l’occasion du Grand Prix de Monaco. Le logement était top : propre, bien équipé (tout est nickel côté équipements), très pratique et idéalement situé avec un accès facile au village à pied. L’extérieur est également très mignon, parfait pour profiter des beaux jours. Un grand merci à notre hôte, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im AirBnB von Elena. Zwar ist die Unterkunft etwas ab vom Schuss (2,3 km Fahrt über eine schmale Straße), aber gerade das macht ihren Reiz und den Charme aus. Man lebt toll gelegen mitten in der Natur und hat einen phänomenalen Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir haben in unserer Woche Wanderurlaub viel mit unseren beiden Hunden erleben können und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

Hele mooie rbnb, op een prachtige plek! Fijne ontvangst door Bruno. Het plaatsje Rochetta Nervina is geweldig met al zijn mooie straatjes. Bezoek vooral ook het "laghetti"! Hele bijzondere dagen op deze plek!

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Fantastischer Ausblick von der Terrasse! Auch vom Schlafzimmer kann man das Meer sehen. Wir haben 7 Tage hier als Familie mit 2 Teenagern verbracht, die Einrichtung ist toll, es war reichlich Platz.. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefüllt!

Très bon séjour dans un environnement très calme avec une magnifique terrasse. Logement très bien équipée et hôte sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Great apartment in a central location and close to the Promenade . Maria is a very responsive and gracious host. The apartment is bright, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The terrasse is spacious. Everything was as described. We highly recommend this beautiful place! Thank you Maria! 😊
