We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our first holiday with our baby. The location was ideal and a bit quieter than staying right in the middle of everything but was a 5-10 minute walk away from great restaurants, beach etc. Miguel was always super quick at responding to any questions. There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Mycket trevligt townhouse i de äldre delarna av Alicante. Jättefin utsikt från den stora takterrassen som hade sol hela dagen. Mysiga gator och gränder i närheten. Rent och fint. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Calm, clean ja cozy apartment for family holiday (2 adults and 2 children)😊 + pool area with shower and sunbeds+umbrellas + good beds + excellent air-con + well equipped kitchen, dishwasher + great wi-fi + small shop and tram stop quite near Stein answered all questions quickly and everything went well, thank you.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

El alojamiento perfecto. La la casa está perfectamente cuidada, con una orientación ideal y unas vistas espectaculares, montaña y playa desde la terraza, ideal para desconectar. Gonzalo es un anfitrión excepcional, nos aclaro todas nuestras dudas y nos ayudo a acomodarnos a la llegada, desde luego se nota que le preocupa la estancia de sus huéspedes. We who stayed in the house are a group of fifteen, two babies, four kids and nine adults. The house suited us extremely well. The location was good, short walk to shops, short walk to beaches and many restaurants nearby. Good rooms and living rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool garden was awesome. The communication with the host was good. I give this house a high recommendation

We had great holiday! really enjoyed Maria's house, beautiful and spotless clean, comfortable beds and had everything needed for our stay (we were offered clean towels and sheets, as we stayed longer) . We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

Una bonita casa y muy espaciosa. Con posibilidad de hacer un churrasco fuera con tus amigos. Además, la comunicación con el host durante la estancia fue buena y acabamos quedandonos mas tiempo. Repetiría.

El hospedaje es encantador. Súper cómodo, muy fresco para podes disfrutar y descansar en pleno verano.m, es esencial contar con aire acondicionado. Nos ayudaron a poder ingresar y con indicaciones locales. Colchones súper cómodos. Lamentamos habernos quedado solo una noche , sin duda lo recomendaremos y volveremos si hay oportunidad .

Fuimos varias familias de amigos con niños, muy cómoda para todos, la localización en medio del pueblito. Un find e semana ideal.

We stayed for month and this was the perfect place to explore the city, everywhere was walkable. The house itself was really well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. In a quiet location, the roof terrace was great for eating and relaxing, but close to all the city's facilities. Davo's, the local bakery, was open all hours and full of temptations and inexpensive. Good bars and tapas in nearby Plaza San Francisco, and if you fancy it the Michelin starred Magoga restaurant is well worth a visit (5 mins walk) The integral garage on the ground floor was perfect for when we had a hire car which we used to explore the region. Best beach was Calblanque in the national park of the same name, it has no facilities so taking a picnic in the house coolbox was essential. Would highly recommend this home and a visit to Cartagena.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Spanisch, etwas oldschool eingerichtet. Aber toller Blick und tolle Lage in der Altstadt. Alles wunderbar.

Great apartment, great set of kitchen equipment and very comfortable. The terraces were a great addition and a lovely outdoor space.
