Family-friendly holiday rentals in Blakeney

Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here, felt right at home. Plenty of space for the 6 of us, comfortable sofas and beds, plenty of towels for the hot tub. The surrounding area was beautiful with a short walk to the lake. The hosts came back straight away with my many questions and we are getting a date sorted to book back in next year. One point to make is that there is pub down the road that although google said was open, it isn't at weekends. There is a great little cafe though on the lake that is a 5 minute walk away. Easy to get a food shopping order delivered and a really nice touch of a cake and bottle of wine as we were there celebrating Birthdays. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.

We really enjoyed our stay in The Woodpecker at Happy valley. The very clean cosy spacious cabin was set in a picturesque peaceful location. The Hot tub is fantastic, and we really enjoyed relaxing in nature. We went to Sandringham park run, which is only a 10 minute drive away and an excellent location. Also plenty of Serene beaches not too far away by car. Katy was great and provided useful information quickly with our last minute booking. Highly recommend if you are after a relaxing break!

We had a wonderful weekend stay the Pumphouse. The property is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spacious with pristine bedrooms and bathrooms. The open plan living space is perfect for entertaining. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful with lovely walks. David was a brilliant host, friendly, responsive, helpful and did his absolute best when we had a unexpected problem with the alarm system. We would definitely rebook!

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

We went for our friend’s birthday and had a wonderful time. The hot tub and Sauna was just lovely and very relaxing. Lovely cottage perfect for 4 people. The host was very responsive and recommended a fabulous restaurant nearby. I would advise to come to Diss by car as the cab service was not great so had difficulty getting about. You have to book cabs in advance. Overall it was Great weekend

The house is stunning. We were a party of 6 adults and a baby for joint birthday celebrations. The kitchen and lounge layout was superb for cooking, lounging and celebrating and so light with the huge windows making it feel as if the garden and house were one. The bedrooms were all big, the beds and bedding beautiful quality. Showers were great. The layout of the house suited us very well with a good distance between lounge/ kitchen area and bedrooms so as not disturb a sleeping baby in the day or evening. Lots of games left for entertainment in and outside the house. The hot tub and BBQ were a huge hit, easy to light and maintain. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, really very happy to have found Rumi's Field. Thank you to Alice and Andrew who were so helpful when we had some extra questions before staying.

Lovely little place. Sea side was short walk over the sand dunes. Outside seating was excellent as my mother in law can't walk much, however she sat on chair on the top of the sand dunes every day watching the sea. My 4 years old daughter loved jumping in the sea, over the waves. Over all it was lovely place to stay even our dog enjoyed walks on the beach (he can be funny about his walks).

We had a lovely time at Natalies lodge. The surroundings were beautiful and really peaceful and it felt very safe for our little girl to play out the front. Close to the local village of Weybourne and the holiday park. All very lovely - many thanks for having us.

Very friendly host and went above and beyond to provide cereals, milk , bread, jams and more for our stay. Beautifully located also and very peaceful.

What a lovely stay! Me my husband and my two dogs loved every moment ! Great cottage and amazing location, beaches 15 minutes in every direction. Local shops and bakeries in the nearby villages. And Jane the host was very helpful and informative ! Couldn’t fault it :)

We had a great stay and found the accommodation was to our satisfaction. we used local facilities and restaurants but cooked in the. house at other times. We would be happy to return. We have never visited Norfolk previously and found it a very pleasant for a holiday destination.

Titch House is in a good location being a couple of minutes drive to the centre of Sheringham. The house has everything in it that you need for your holiday with lots of games, books etc for families (although we were a party of 3 adults). We found the house to be clean, cosy and comfortable. Although it's on a main road we were not disturbed at all by traffic. The property also has off road parking which we found useful and easy to get in and out of, even with an estate car. Tea bags, coffee and sugar were available in the kitchen, also a pint of milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch when you arrive and are gasping for a cuppa! There is a pub across the road which we found good for food in the evening and the staff there were very pleasant and helpful. The Poppy Line railway is a couple of minutes from the house and also there is a Tesco nearby. There is a convenience store across the road if needed. All in all we had a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

Nice place clean and tidy. Great super fast broadband and having Netflix is a great bonus although we were out at the lovely beaches most of the time we were there Will consider booking again as we will definitely be coming back to Norfolk.

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Had a lovely relaxed weekend at Pippa & Steve’s lodges. Lots of amenities, easy to find and they made us feel very welcome. We loved that we had a swimming pool as well as the jacuzzi. Thoroughly enjoyed everything and would definitely revisit! Thank you for being great hosts!

A great, homely, caravan with all the facilities we needed. A nice quiet site which is a bit older fashioned and quirky. Beautiful views of the sea and Trimingham beach from the site. Partial sea view from the caravan. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice little pool, clubhouse/bar and cafe on site. Easy access via key safe. Host very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a weekend away at Aquarius. It was spotlessly clean, and a light, modern style. For a compact space Susan has maximised it so with many homely touches - hooks for towels, wardrobes in each room, space for toiletries in the bathroom, well placed tables, mirrors and a well stocked kitchen. The shower has good pressure and stays plenty warm, and we were glad for hand soap at each sink and toilet paper. Everything was presented beautifully and immaculately, and we were grateful for our welcome pack goodies! The outside space is lovely and a comfortable little sun trap and we found the site to be private and peaceful, we all slept really well. We loved the beach and our 14 and 11 year old children loved exploring there and flying kites. We found it a great base for nearby Southwold and Great Yarmouth and had two fantastic days out. We 100% recommend Aquarius, and Susan as a lovely, friendly host who made it a fantastic AirBnB experience. Thank you!

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

Rachel accommodated us to stay in her annex less than 24 hours before our booking which was amazing. She was very friendly and the place was lovely. Great access to a private terrace area and we were able to use the shared pool which was nice and warm! Within 20 mins from a lovely beach and lots to explore in the local area
