Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Birmingham

The accommodation was booked for a colleague travelling from China and working in the UK for 3 weeks. I had a great stay. The instructions were clear, and the place was beautifully decorated and spotless. The bedding and furniture were brand new, and I had everything I needed. The host was great!

I would like to express my immense gratitude for the very special way I was received during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed in every detail - the space was impeccable: everything very clean, new, organised and with a delicious smell that already conveys care and affection right at the entrance. Maddy was simply wonderful! Extremely attentive, kind and always available to help with whatever was needed. It is very rare to find hosts so human, that make us truly feel at home, even being far from ours. It was a light, comfortable and welcoming experience, which I definitely want to repeat more often. I'm already counting the days to come back! I recommend it with my eyes closed for those looking for a special place to stay. Thank you very much, Maddy, for everything!

Stayed here for 10 days while working an event in the city. initially the actual accommodation was switched to another one due to booking issues, but the alternative was just as good, all basic necessities and great location as it is a short walk from the city centre. Very comfy and nice spacious bedrooms

Great listing, suited us really well. Location was great for us close to the event venue but also accessible to city centre through public transport and driving. Close to an Asda as-well for last minute shop.

This cottage was beautiful and felt like wonderland! It was clean and well organised so that everything was easy to find and the hot tub was incredible. The hosts put up beautiful birthday decorations up for us and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for an amazing stay here. I highly recommend this place :)

I had a very comfortable 5 day stay with my primary age children and dogs whilst we visited family over new years. The house was fully equipped, quiet and comfortable, it was like a home from home. Great that it had desks in the bedrooms too and it had good wifi. Loved the nearby nature reserve for our dogs.

The house was warm and cosy, ideal for a family holiday. We were close to our family. We were close to a supermarket, so groceries were easily accessed. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways are available. Comfortable house and surroundings

A nice well presented property, good inventory, private parking in front of property and facilities to self cater if needed. Nice canal walk about 0.7 miles away and a rail station to take you in to Birmingham etc if required. Was great for visiting Black Country Living Museum and the Dudley Canals. Easy communications.

We stayed at Rowenas beautiful cottage for a four night family stay as the location was perfect to make use of the Merlin attractions from Alton towers to Warwick Castle and Lego Discovery Centre. What an absolute gem of a place honestly, the garden was so wonderful to relax in and the kitchen was very well equipped. Comfy beds, beautiful quality linen and just a really lovely space. The villages around were also very pretty with plenty of good shops and restaurants just a short drive away. Rowena takes great pride in hosting and was so quick to communicate on recommendations and helpful advice. We would definitely love to stay again , a very memorable trip .

This room have just got the new Wi-Fi. And it’s located in the city central. It took you just a few steps to the new street station. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

I stayed here for my short duration in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed it. However it being on a main road may be a problem for some guests, so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, had no issues staying here, and would do so again.

Vaughn made me feel right at home, was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are travelling for Birmingham University - it’s walkable distance. I felted welcomed and cared for. We had some good talks too!
