Holiday rentals with a patio in Birmingham

Host was informative and provided needed information to check in. Flat was clean and as per description, walking distance to city centre and other locations of interest

host was very responsive, I had issues with the lock box because I've never come across one so didn't know how to use it. he messaged back quickly and kindly came over within 5 minutes to show me how to use it! place was well worth the money. the patio was lovely, very comfortable beds and very strong water pressure in shower and host was very kind and let me check out a hour later. definitely will be coming back here again.

I never want to stay in a different air bnb in Birmingham. Luke’s communication was excellent and the space was delightful and very well stocked. A really lovely welcome and very clear instructions, I cannot recommend it highly enough. I’ll be booking for next year as soon as I can! Thank you Luke and family!!

Such a lovely, well-furnished appartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found everything so peaceful, easy to do and simple. Perfect for what we were after with a few days away (we also wanted to go to the West Midlands Safari Park). Would definitely recommend for anyone fitting into their nearby plans or just an easy getaway! :)

Lisa’s airbnb was so very clean, cosy, quiet and comfortable, we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. About a 10 minute drive from the NEC as well as Costa, Tesco and many more establishments even closer. The cats were adorable and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed. We’ll definitely be back.

The cleanliness was perfect, with every corner spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable . Additionally, the spacious layout provided ample room to move around, making it feel more like a home away from home. Host Julie was so friendly throughout the stay.Overall, I highly recommend this room for anyone looking for a clean and spacious retreat.

We had a great stay at this place. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Check in was super easy and the communication from the host was spot on. I would recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a lovely, cosy home with everything that was needed. Jeanette has been responsive and proactive with communication. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when in the area.

Sam’s bungalow was fantastic. The rooms were as seen in the photos. Each bedroom was a very spacious twin double room and each was squeaky clean. The living spaces were ideal to relax and the dinning room had space for 6. Although we didn’t use it during our stay the garden space is extensive and would be great to sit outside and relax. If you’re looking for a place in the area I would highly recommend.

The house is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The decoration is beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. All linen was clean and everything was all cleaned and tidy. There is amazing outdoor space which is sheltered so can be used in all weathers. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. The home is 10 minutes outside of the city center so perfect location. The host Mun was amazing with the communication, always responded and gave clear instructions throughout my stay.

Perfect place for a larger group. Plenty of free on street parking, not a particularly busy road so felt cars were safe. Very clean. Overall one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the enclosed garden—it was perfect for our three dogs to run around safely and enjoy themselves. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they had space to play as a lot of places advertise the garden as enclosed but they rarely are. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing break, and the hosts were welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets or just looking for a peaceful getaway!

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning apartment, superb craftsmanship and decor. The only downside was you had to hang around outside the large block for another resident in the building to gain access. At 2am in the morning this was hard as not many people were around and we got panicked. Great location

We stayed here to go to an Expo event and instantly loved it so rebooked for in a year! Very quiet, easy parking, very helpful and thoughtful hosts who seemed to have thought of everything you could possibly need, even things like chargers and batteries. Excellent all round! looking forward to returning.

Jay’s place was really nice, the jacuzzi was the best part and definitely worth it, the place was nice and clean and host got back to us quickly, also check in was nice and easy.
