Had a fantastic stay in the hobbit house. It was such a different experience and we loved the house and the grounds. The hobbit house was quirky and fun but with everything you needed and was super comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus. The grounds are great and even thought there are other guests staying around you it was really quiet!! Having the farm shop and crazy golf on site was great! The hosts were super friendly and couldn't do more for you. They were very responsive and communicated right up to check in with everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will stay again if in the area!

Fantastic retreat for a group of girls. The place had everything and more. So peaceful and private, great facilities with the hot tub and we really appreciated how well equipped the place was, from marshmallows and fire wood to separate towels for the hot tub and shower. We absolutely loved it!

We had the most relaxing couple of days here. we stayed In pod 3 & it was just as described, spotlessly clean, couldn’t ask for much more. The photos showed a nice egg chair on the decking which we didn’t actually have but this didn’t but a dampener on anything. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back soon.

I booked the pod for my girlfriend's 30th as a gift with the intention of escaping the world for a few days. Whatever is listed, well isn't enough! The location itself is breathtaking with woodland and scenic views, both Stratford and Warwick are within a 20 minute drive. The staff are all so friendly and attentive, sorting anything so quickly, with everyone so happy and always saying hello. We feel both refreshed and reinvigorated, thank you!

Loved our stay at Sandstone Lodge! Very quick responses when we contacted with a couple of questions. Lovely views, nice and peaceful. Two beautiful dogs, who live in the house on site, who made our mornings when we opened the door to the living room and could see them sitting at our patio doors ready to play ball! Would definitely book to stay again.

Lovely accommodation, relaxing long weekend exploring the local area and attractions, would definitely recommend a visit 😊

The place was sooo nice, the bed was comfy and the kitchen hadeverything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Absolutely charming cabin in the countryside! Super clean and comfortable. John and Honor were top notch hosts and anticipated our every need from extra firewood and s’more makings for our many campfires! Bish, Bash and Bosh were so adorable and the peacocks were soooo beautiful (we’ve never seen a white one)! They gave incredible insight on the area and places to visit. We were lucky to be invited to their BBQ and meet their amazing family! Highly recommend!

I left a positive review because Lisa was very apologetic about having to cancel due to a plumbing issue on the day of arrival. These things happen! Lisa issued prompt full refund and communication was clearly and friendly. I hope to stay at Lisa’s place in the future :-)

We stayed for a couple of glorious night's in a quaint cabin near the lakes. The cabin was spacious and it had everything we needed. Local shop and pub within walking distance and beautiful lakes to walk around, which are simply stunning! Sarah was a lovely host and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Stayed for 1 night as a stop over. Easy check in via a key box. When we arrived Sarah even rang the local pub to ‘book a table’. Local pub is 10 mins walk away (10% discount if you mention Sarah). Great food & ales. There’s a great cafe at the fishery which was great for a bacon sandwich in the morning! Cabin is basic but clean & tidy. Has a small kitchen with tea, coffee & sugar. Shower warm & modern. Will definitely use Sarah’s cabin again.

We were lucky to be the first guests staying through airbnb & were rewarded with a complimentary bottle of fizz which was lovely! Check in was simple, host was lovely & welcoming, told us where to park & walked us over to the lodge. After a brief intro she left us to it. The pod was lovely, luckily the one next to us was empty for most of the day so it was lovely & private, however the patio facilities are shared which is worth noting. Kitchen had everything we needed & the shower was amazing. Little shop on site if you need to buy anything & short walk to the nearest pub. Would highly recommend & will definitely be returning.

Beautiful place to stay in a lovely private garden. We only stayed one night as were visiting family but would definitely recommend for a few days if you wanted to explore the area. Dawn was easy to communicate with and really helpful.

We booked pond view for our wedding weekend on our 10yrs together. We couldn't have chosen a more idyllic setting. Absolutely beautiful Lodge with stunning views, perfect for me to relax and get ready in with my new hubby and our two young boys joining me in what has been the happiest, calmest weekend we can remember. Our two boys loved it equally as much. Also would like to thank the lady who checked on us to make sure all was ok (I apologise for forgetting your name) but we felt so welcomed. We have even said between us we may look to return for our anniversary every year! Thank you so much, your place made our weekend even more memorable and we would not hesitate to recommend.

This attractive new building is in the grounds of Wendy's house, but completely private with lovely views across the grounds. The interior is new and stylish and the beds very comfortable. Our stay was short but very enjoyable. Any questions were answered quickly and without fuss. We would have liked to try some of the walks in the area that Wendy has left maps for, but didn't have the time. We can certainly recommend the annex.
