Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We stayed for a month, and everything was perfect. Marie Claire and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is peaceful, the house and garden are lovely and completely private. It’s just a short and safe walk into the village which is probably the best in the entire region. Great shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a decent sized supermarket. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Having lived over in the Fayence area in the past we were extremely impressed with Roquefort-Les-Pins, it is within easy reach of all the attractions in the area and on the coast. We hope to book again.

We had a couple of nights at this very sweet property. Cabris is a very quaint and pretty village with amazing views. We went to Grasse and did a perfume workshop which was really good fun and came away with our unique perfume. Can’t fault the property would recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! From the moment I booked, the host went above and beyond with excellent communication—quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Every detail was clear and thoughtfully handled, which made the whole experience seamless. The apartment itself was in perfect condition—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better!). It had everything I needed and more, with great facilities that made it feel like a real home away from home. The location was another highlight. The community was incredibly safe, peaceful, and friendly, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel instantly comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay.

The location is very good. Close to restaurant, the marina and public transport. A few meters away from train station for easy travels along the Cote d'Azur. The host, Kevin, was always reachable and helpful and very attentive. The apartment was excellent with a fantastic rooftop pool that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was very nice, perfect for 4 guests. We will definitely select this host and apartment for our next visit.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

Beautiful place with amazing views in a perfect location to visit the the Côte d’Azure by car.

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

We were welcomed by Ana the owner for the handover of the keys and the complete tour of the apartment was very appreciated and friendly. Ana is available and very friendly! Her apartment is really very pleasant to live in tastefully renovated, crossing large terrace that overlooks the harbor, and the gardens, the bedding is very comfortable (it is not always the case) large walk-in shower with all the necessities. We enjoyed the comfort, calm and view of the residence. You can do anything by foot, restaurant supermarket shopping. We felt right at home. Free parking 3 minutes walk from the residence. I sincerely recommend this beautiful place you will not be disappointed.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Amélie's place was perfect for us, just as it appears in the photos. We were there without a car and were able to walk into St Paul de Vence via a pretty path to the side of the road, and catch the bus to places that were further afield from the nearby bus stop. We loved the view from the terrace.

Kevin is a super friendly host, easy going. The communication was smooth and easy. We liked the apartment a lot, it’s spacious, has a big kitchen and nice dining area. Two showers is a plus! There are many restaurants and a bakery just downstairs, so it’s very convenient for eating out. You do need to climb 2 floors to get to the apartment though (no elevator).

Very nice accommodation tastefully decorated, in a beautiful well-maintained building, with a very nice shady and flowery garden. Quiet accommodation, which is not to be overlooked. Good location close to the beach (small downside for us the beach touches the railway and a very busy street). Otherwise, close to the railway, a good point to visit the whole coast. We recommend it. Josephine’s place was fantastic for our family of four (including 2 young kids). The house is a short stroll from the ocean (go to the southern side for more clear water). There is sufficient free parking along the alleyway adjacent to the house. The place itself is modern and well kept with all the important amenities including a good washer and dryer. Josephine was kind to also drop off some additional toys that the kids enjoyed. There are also a handful of books for kids that helped at bedtime too. A wonderful place we’d definitely return to.
