Great location. Walk out the door to the beautiful azure blue sea. The coffee shop downstairs was very convenient with good food. The apartment matched the photos exactly. It was quiet and comfortable. Host met me upon arrival and walked me through everything. A good stay for the money.

Nous avons passé une semaine complète pour visiter une partie de la côte d'azur et nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Pascal est très accueillant, il prends le temps de tout bien expliquer et de nous faire des recommandations à l'arrivée ! L'emplacement est vraiment parfait, le logement est bien équipé et le parking sous terrain est un vrai plus. Merci encore ! 🙂

It is a small but very nicely furnished room, exactly as described by the host. All services, such as AC, fridge, washing machine were functional. The bathroom is very modern and big enough. The sofa bed was a lot more comfortable than expected - we had no issues sleeping on it for four nights. There is an elevator in the building to reach the apartment in the 3rd floor. It was clean, calm at night, and very conveniently located. We would recommend this for a short stay.

Highly recommend this apartment. We stayed 4 nights in April with a baby and had a cot and high chair provided. Location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, about 20 mins to the beach. The only minor negative was no automatic self check-in instructions so we had to message the host and wait for her response to enter.

I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Nice at this apartment - it was perfectly appointed for a solo traveler or a cosy couple! The bathroom is very modernized - the kitchen, while small, has everything you would need to cook a full meal or just store and heat ready foods. I loved the location - it’s truly a stone’s throw from everywhere - you won’t even need a tram - you can just about walk everywhere, including the pristine blue Cote d’Azur beaches! Francois really went out of his way to make me feel at home and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

If you’re looking for an intimate and cozy place to stay in Antibes, this is it! The location is perfect. Right below the apartment are shops and restaurants and in the quaintest part of old Antibes. The two nearest beaches are less than a 10 minute walk with views along the way. The place has great AC which is nice since Antibes is quite hot. It was great having a washing machine and she has a drying rack for things to hang dry. Very convenient. The bed and pillows were comfortable, we were able to use our Netflix account at the end of our evenings. If you want to live like a local, and feel like a local, don’t hesitate. This place is a gem.

We could not have been more delighted with Isabelle's jewel box of an apartment in the heart of Old Nice! It included everything we could have wanted and more, from stylish and comfortable furniture and high-quality linens to an excellent shower, well-equipped kitchen (with washing machine!), good coffee, welcome bottle of rosé, abundant bottled water, and even beach towels, mats, and umbrellas! We appreciated the air conditioning and oscillating fan in the bedroom; despite the apartment being surrounded by neighborhood bustle, it was remarkably quiet and serene—we slept soundly! It was immediately clear when we booked that Isabelle was an experienced host. In addition to providing clear and detailed instructions and information about the apartment, she was so thoughtful in offering terrific suggestions to help us narrow the options from so many good nearby places to eat and drink. Our only regret is that we just stayed two nights, but it was simply perfect and we will be back!!!

Thank you for providing great stay! The location was perfect and the street we stayed on was picturesque. Everything we needed with cutlery and plates and glasses etc and the bed was very comfortable. Pleased with the communication with the host and will look to stay here again when I return. Lovely apartment at a great location just a few minute walk from the train station. The apartment is spacious and charming - the photos don't do it justice. Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

Bel appartement Dans un complexe sécurisé. Une superbe plage de sable fin à 5 minutes à pied. Deux lignes d'autobus aux passages fréquents aux coins des rues. Grande terrasse, une partie ensoleillée et ombragée. Le supermarché est dans le complexe, il a deux bonnes boulangeries à 5 minutes à pied. Antibes est situé au centre de la Côte d'azur, il y a des belles attractions des deux bords.

Leopoldines Ferienwohnung liegt in einer außergewöhnlich schönen und architektonisch sehr ansprechenden Anlage – ein echtes Schmuckstück inmitten einer gepflegten Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Da sich die Unterkunft innerhalb der Anlage befindet, ist mit regelmäßigem Durchfahrtsverkehr zu rechnen. Wer das weiß und sich darauf einstellen kann, findet hier einen charmanten Rückzugsort – wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und erinnern uns gerne daran zurück. Besonders das Meer und der wunderschöne Bereich dort waren für uns ein echtes Highlight.

Appartement très agréable, bien décoré et parfaitement équipé. La piscine est un vrai plus, on en a bien profité. Idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la mer et dans un quartier calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement !

The villa was perfect - it was beautiful (exactly like the photos), well equip with everything we needed, great location (we loved Saint maxime but also equally easy to get an uber to St Tropez). Herve and Nathalie were very responsive and flexible with check in times. Couldn’t recommend more!

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

Eine tolle Unterkunft - super sauber - und gut gelegen, um mit dem Auto Monaco, Nizza, Beaulieu-sur-Mer und Menton zu entdecken 😊 Wir waren zu dritt dort mit unserem Sohn 18 Monate, es hat alles gepasst 😊 Und Judith ist eine liebe und so zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! Sie kam super vorbereitet zu uns und hat auch alles übersetzt in unsere Sprache, ganz lieben Dank für den gesamten Aufenthalt Judith!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alain et son épouse. Leur maison est splendide et parfaitement entretenue avec de nombreux équipements (barbecue weber, salle de jeux, etc). Les hôtes sont charmants, disponibles tout en restant très discrets. La piscine est un vrai bijou, idéale pour se détendre. Et que dire de Sky, leur adorable border collie, qui a ajouté une belle dose de bonne humeur à notre séjour ! Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés ☺️
