Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Biot

Amazing place! The agent who met us at check in was super nice. Clean, spacious, close to supermarket, mall and other shops. 13 min to the airport, super close to Nice and Cannes, I wished we could stay longer. Our first night, the security camera lights would go off outside and we thought there was someone out there, but it was the wind, and our second night our 12 year old daughter pushed a button that closed shutters from outside that not only prevented lights from coming in but also felt really secured, so she solved that problem. We love Nice and French people and hopefully soon we can buy a vacation home there. Thank you for your hospitality!

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

A really lovely Villa, beautifully decorated and well thought out. Very spacious and airy with a lovely peaceful private garden and pool. The location was ideal for exploring this area, as only a 10-15 min walk to the many restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins and the beach. And only a 30 min picturesque walk to beautiful old town Antibes with its' many little shops, bars and restaurants, and a lovely Artisan Market. There is also a very handy Supermarket just 5-10 mins from the villa that has everything you might need whilst staying. We visited Monaco, Nice, and Grasse all on the train from Juan Les Pins which was easy to do and a very pretty ride along the coast. Grasse was a very quaint historic little town, and so pretty with all the flowers, markets and hanging umbrella's in the streets. Overall we had a fantastic time, and Nathalie couldn't have been more helpful and friendly showing us round and wishing us well when we left. A superb break with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

Amazing place, great location, clean and spacious bedrooms! 10/10

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un appartement idéalement situé tout près de la Promenade des Anglais et à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants. Cécilia a facilité notre arrivée en nous permettant d’accéder à l’appartement plus tôt. Le logement est assez grand et confortable pour 2 personnes. Le balcon est petit et plutôt décoratif, une seule personne peut s’y asseoir. Pour ce qui est des commodités, c’est assez minimaliste. J’ai été surprise d’avoir à acheter le savon à lessive, croyant que celui-ci était inclus. De plus, il ne restait qu’un fond de liquide à vaisselle. L’immeuble est très tranquille et les environs aussi sauf quelques incidents par des gens dans la rue qui ont fait du tapage nous réveillant en pleine nuit. Mais j’imagine que ce sont des événements isolés. C’est un beau quartier, nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité.Nous aurions bien aimé rencontrer notre hôte Cécilia mais l’arrivée-départ autonome empêche le contact personnalisé. À recommander.

We had a pleasant stay. The flat was spacious and functional . We had no issues with noise, and the balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning . There was a bakery close by that we bought croissants each day . It was the perfect size and glad we chose this location . The host responded very promptly . Also closing distant to metro , and easy walk to the beach

Do not hesitate to rent this flat while you are in Nice. Luisa and Philippe were excellent hosts and communicators. The flat itself was beautiful, eclectic and well furnished. It felt very French. The beds and the linens were extremely comfortable and we loved everything about it. It’s located in a perfect spot to get to everything from old town Nice to the promenade along the water. We are looking forward to our next trip already.

Jose and Christiane were always so responsive and their place was amazing. A perfect home away from home and easy to travel from there to visit all the beautiful places around.

Amandine og Stephane’s lejlighed skabte de bedste rammer for vores tur til Cannes og byerne omkring. Lejligheden ligger på den hyggeligste gade der emmer af sydfransk charme. Selve lejligheden var super flot. Fantastisk udsigt udover Cannes. Alt var virkelig rent og pænt og vi manglede ingenting. Amandine og Stéphane var der selv til at tage imod os og det skabte en dejlig velkomst. Alt i alt en super god oplevelse uden en finger at sætte på noget som helst.

Perfectly located in the heart of old town, it’s steps away from major attractions, beach restaurants, and public transport. The place was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Patricia was very helpful and proactive. She was also very friendly

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. Nous avons étés très bien accueillis. La villa est spacieuse, sympathique et propre. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine. L'emplacement est aussi hyper pratique pour accéder rapidement aux autres localités environnantes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à recommander ce lieu à nos amis! A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.
