Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in heart of the city

Spacious top floor apartment (110m2) for 2 couples or a small family (teenage children) with sunny balconies, study corner, piano, and (paid) parking in the street. Located within a walking distance to all city sights, parks, bars, restaurants and public transport. Museum across the street. Because of the antiques, not suitable for small children. Like many Dutch apartments, the stairs are very steep and narrow, so carrying huge suitcases upstairs is a challenge, especially for elderly people.

(Op de 1e etage bevinden zich de andere 3 kamers met 2e badkamer en apart toilet.) De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals; combi magnetron, vaatwasser en bonenkoffieapparaat. Je hoeft je nooit te vervelen want er is een prachtige jacuzzi in de tuin. Ook staat hier een Barrelsauna met een elektrische kachel (5 euro/uur).

And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. The sky is the limit!

This beautiful apartment is close to family friendly activities such as a playground in the beautiful Julianapark. There are restaurants and eateries in the street. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, the light, the quietness and the park even though the center of Utrecht is close. My room is suitable for couples and families (with children).
