Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Clean and walking distance to center. Good communication and provides bikes. Everything works fine, recommend!

We had a cozy and nice stay at Chris apartment. Communication with him went well and overall everything worked great. We had a wonderful time in Utrecht.

What a wonderful place in the heart of a wonderful city. The apartment is spacious, full of light and the interior is just marvelous. Plus it’s located in Amersfoort best neighborhood, central yet calm and private. Linda is a very kind host, and we felt it upon entering the place.

We spent a week here. The place is small, but provided plenty of storage for our clothes, and provided all the cooking items we needed. Having the washer In the sink/shower room gave a surface for our cosmetic bags. The toilet has its own room, which also makes the spaces more functional. Having a washing machine was fantastic after spending the previous week on a boat/ bike tour! We used the drying rack, instead of the dryer, and our clothes were dry the next day. There is now a roof terrace, which is a great addition. The steep stairs have been mentioned before, so I brought some cloths up in bags to lighten the wt. of the suitcase. Once I did that, I could manage its wt. and hang onto the railing OK. There is construction on the street where the bus normally stops, but we finally found the stop at Royaards van Den Hamkade, and that made a world of difference, especially leaving with suitcases. The bus ride to Utrecht was about 10 min. Our over all experience was great.

It was a lovely solo stay. Everything needed for a nice and comfortable stay was provided. The region is also good, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

We loved our stay in Utrecht at Frouke’s place. The location is great in a quiet neighbourhood and a short bus ride or cycle to the city centre. The place itself is so charming and was spotless! Her garden is especially lovely. Frouke was a fantastic host providing clear instructions and good recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend staying here!

A welcoming welcome. We were allowed in earlier than the agreed time, which was very pleasant. Everything was at walking distance and a supermarket right around the corner. Spaces were cozy, neatly clean and tidy. We had a lovely weekend.

We had a great stay in Amsterdam in Adam’s place. The location is very central and walkable all around. The place is quiet and you can enjoy a small balcony. I recommend.

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

An absolutely perfect location from which to enjoy the city! It's a short tram ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go in town, and a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and lovely canal views. In the summer, being on the top floor may make the inside a bit too warm, but the windows open wide and the rooftop outdoor patio is large, surprisingly quiet, and perfect for relaxation, eating, and conversation if the weather is nice. In other words, the true Amsterdam canal-house stair climb is well worth the effort. Overall a very comfortable studio flat, good wifi connection, and a responsive and respectful host. Brian was great from beginning to end. We got instructions for finding the keys in a lock box, got into the apartment and immediately felt at home. Clean, light, airy and comfortable. Brian gave us local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. And quickly responded when I couldn't figure out the washing machine. It was seamless from beginning to end. The location is perfect for long canal walks, exploring a fun area of the city and close to bus and tram lines to get you whereever you want to go. Highly recommend!

A lovely few days spent in Hilversum! Lots of great restaurants and easy walkable access to Hilversum train station. Pieter’s place was cosy and clean. He had all the amenities from a hairdryer to a coffee maker! It looked exactly like the photos and it was even next to a lovely park which was great for walks! Also directly next to a restaurant which overlooked the park and lake which was beautiful! Would stay again. Thank you Pieter!

Pleasant stay in a compact but neat apartment that is equipped with all basic amenities. Also very nice that dogs are welcome in this accommodation, while you do not notice any previous furry guests so the cleaning is perfect! In addition, there was very pleasant, welcoming and fast communication with Mr. Patel via the app about, among other things, the check-in and check-out instructions.

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained how to operate the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We were always able to reach him via message and he was very helpful. The apartment and jacuzzi are very private so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and pleasant accents were set by fresh flowers.

We Gad a wonderful Time aboard Laura and John’s boat. Beautiful and calm neighborhood, yet easily and quickly accessible by bike from Amsterdam city center. Would highly recommend !

4 days in a small cocoon, the accommodation is very pleasant to live in and has rooms with large spaces. Conveniently located, we did our first day on foot and bike suite, taking the free ferry to reach the city center. The little extras of the accommodation: underground parking, bike garage, rooftop pool (€7.5 per person). Fleur and Jordy were very nice, with good recommendations! Looking forward to coming back 😁

We stayed with Olaf for a week over Easter with a family and two friends. We had a lovely time. The living room is very spacious and provided us all with enough space. The separate area behind the house with heated pool and a cozy barbecue area is particularly beautiful. A jumbo is within walking distance. When booking, you should be aware (see photos and description) that a double bed is open above the living room and there is only one bathroom and the apartment is very audible. It wasn't a problem for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you
