Great little apartment in the centre of Utrecht. Everything you could need are within walking distance including the train station.

What a fun place to stay! The art around the apartment gave the space so much character! My family stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed Every minute. Great location too! As others have mentioned, there are a lot of steps, but that didn’t bother us a bit.

Very welcoming hosts in a beautiful environment, surrounded by constant nature! The water from the canals brings sweetness and lots of charms! The apartment is very pleasant and functional. I was very happy with this stay!

I can't stress how comfortable this loft is. It's aesthetically very pleasing. The living room, the kitchen and balcony is very well designed and utilized as a space. Large windows, and great lighting. Here's a list of pros and cons. Pros: * Aesthetically pleasing * Superb lighting with a lot of control * Great sound system all over the house (sonos) * Large comfortable coach * Functional kitchen with a great coffee machine * Large balcony with ambient lighting * Full functional bathroom with an a nice shower * Large plants * Thomas is very flexible, friendly and communicative Cons: * The only con, the bed room is tight and requires stairs to reach That said, I would always stay in Thomas's loft when I visit Utrecht!

The apartment was very cozy and the location was great. It is located in a very lively neighborhood. Many great restaurants and cafes nearby but still quiet location. We would come back. Within walking distance of the train station (approx. 20 min.)

Great place, worth the stay!

The place was very clean and there was everything necessary. If you have any questions or the like, the hostess was easy to contact and got back to you very promptly. The arrival went smoothly and the check-in was explained to us in detail in advance. After check-in, we were also personally welcomed by the hostess and all our questions were answered and tips for our time in Amsterdam were given. All in all, it was a great stay, where we felt very comfortable and welcome. We recommend the accommodation and Amsterdam again and again :)

We had a nice stay at Kris's place! Everything matched the description, and communication with them if needed is facilitated by the presence of a landline phone within the listing, directly related to theirs. The nearby tram (-10min walk) is also a great advantage to visit Utrecht. I'm just wondering about the need for the form to fill out upon arrival. Anyway, it's a good place at a great price!

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

Fabulous place in the heart of Amsterdam! Easy to walk to most places, and the tram was close if you want to venture out further. Our family enjoyed people watching from the big open Dutch windows. Very beautiful location. Hosts were friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful visit to Amsterdam with our 18 and 20 year old sons. The space was ideal - walkable to everything the city had to offer, beautifully decorated, lots of room to spread out. We really enjoyed being able to look out over the canal and watch the bikes fly by below. The restaurant recommendations were excellent and greatly appreciated.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Lovely place to stay! Check-in went smoothly and it was nice that I could arrive later in the evening. Everything was well taken care of. The place itself was sparkling clean and radiated tranquility — exactly as in the pictures. You'll notice that everything has been thought of with care. The host was very friendly and helpful which made it extra nice. Truly a place where you feel right at ease. Delightful waterfront with stunning harbour views and historic buildings! Highly recommend!

Great place, right next to central station and a short walk to the canals

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

This place is great and beautiful. the gardens are amazing.

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.

The host was super friendly and helpful with everything. We had an excellent and pleasant stay, and we felt right at home. If we had to return to the city of Utrecht, we would be happy to return to the host Utku's house. Super comfortable and perfect house. Thank you for everything!! Goodbye.
