Holiday rentals with a sauna in Bình Thạnh

Generally a great stay. Squeeky clean and new towels and sheets every day, like a hotel. Guard and cleaning staff very friendly. Great beds. Great views from the main room and one bedroom. Didn't get to try the jacuzzi but it's a nice feature. Communication with the host worked well over Zalo. Would come back. Downsides: Some information (like the WiFi password) was not readily available, and I was a bit disappointed that the pool (small but clean and good for kids who can swim or have swimming wings) was across the street and a few minutes away (within the Glenwood properties). Also please note that the apartment is NOT accessible for wheelchairs or walking difficulties, as the elevator does not quite reach the floor of the apartment. Style: I think local tourists like the completely white and blank interior, but I personally would have liked a bit of colour and maybe some pictures on the wall and stuff, but this is all about personal preference.

Great place. loved the location, very close to city center without the noise. You can pretty much go anywhere in the city within 15 minutes by car. Clean and safe area with 24/7 security guards. There are daily room cleaning service that you would receive at a normal hotel. Highly recommend the area and place of stay.

The apartment at The Marq, which is probably the most sought-after condo in HCMC, is fantastic, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a more than comfortable stay. The location in District 1 is excellent, putting you right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City with easy access to everything. The facilities on the 25th floor are also great—the infinity pool, gym, and sauna are high-quality and elevate the overall experience. Additionally, the library was a perfect workspace, offering a quiet and comfortable environment to get things done. Would I rebook here? Absolutely—that’s a yes!

This place looks just as described and showcased in the pictures. Very luxurious, it smelled good every time you walk into the building, the gym and the pool on the rooftop was beautiful, the staff was professional, and the apartment was top notch, great views, super clean, very pristine. This is the way to live in a beautiful city.

Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.

I booked this Airbnb last minute and the service was great! I was able to check in immediately, and the place was absolutely perfect. The bathroom was spotless, the view was gorgeous, and I will definitely be back!

My family and friends rent this house for April 30. The house is centrally located, convenient transportation, large alley accessible, quiet. The room is new, clean and tidy, just like the description. People are very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Host Hang and Mr Tam for having us these days, the house was so nice and clean. Definitely will come back next trip

The owner is very nice, the staff are enthusiastic and sophisticated. The room is nice and fully furnished, compared to the price, I feel very reasonable. Always timely support. You guys come to Go Vap don't miss this place. Would definitely be back.
