We really enjoyed our stay. The localization is great, close to metro station, many restaurants and a shopping mall. The apartment is clean, and spacious. Kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, stove and rice cooker. Perhaps some things in the apartment could be renovated, but the price is still great, and we had a great stay, so we highly recommend it.

Vie always responds timely to all of our requests when we noticed any missing kitchen or cleaning supplies, or any items you feel should be provided with the rental. The apartment gets thoroughly cleaned by a team of 2 every 5 days is something we didn't expect. The huge infinity pool with a fabulous city view on 7th floor also is a plus, especially after a good workout in the gym on the 8th floor. The view of the river from all three rooms is simply gorgeous and peaceful. We would recommend Vie's place to anyone who wishes to visit Thao Dien.

Great location and super nice apartment.

The apartment is nice. It locates at a very convenient location. You will have easy access to street foods and grocery stores. It is walking distance to D2 street, which is very lively at night. The location is also easy for Grab to pick you up. The stay was comfortable. The host was helpful and responsive. We had a great experience and felt safe. Thank you for hosting us

It was a fantastic experience of staying for more than a month at the apartment. It’s nice and well maintained, very quiet and comfy, it has a splendid window view over the city and the river. The hosts were always responsive and ready to immediately help whenever I texted them. Regular cleaning was included with no extra fee, which was a great addition to my stay. Nothing to complain about at all. Would definitely stay again when I come back to HCMC.

Michael is SUPER responsive. He usually respond w/in minutes of your email. He is always resourceful for whatever you need. When we check in, we couldn't figure out how to get in, so he sent help right away. Love his hospitality!!! Will definitely be back when we are in the area. Highly recommend! Thanks Michael ❤️.

Great place, clean and spotless. Jasmine and team were always very responsive. Quite a few supermarkets nearby. Very close to mrt station. Away from the hustle bustle of district 1, but very central at the same time. 16-20 mins to district 1 where most of the attractions are

This was the best apartment and host in all my trips to Vietnam. I have stayed in several units at Landmark 81. I liked this one the most. Kandi was friendly, professional and quite prompt on her communication. I will be coming back !

Stunning apartments and great host communication. We originally left another airbnb due to being misled about the home we were renting and found this as our alternative. The host was very responsive and honest with us from the beginning, even letting us know we would need to move after the first night which we didn't mind because we discussed it ahead of time (and our reservation was last minute). The second apartment was even more amazing than the first, despite being on a lower floor, and we felt like we were really at home. Everything was clean and in great condition, the beds and pillows were all super comfy and even the quality of the bedding was great. A/C worked perfectly, fridge and freezer were perfect, all the appliances promised in the listing were provided including rice maker, the TV was connected to Netflix and other streaming apps, and we even had a brand new washer and dryer in-unit. Really great experience!

Great place to stay that’s located in District 2 as well as gym and pool access albeit some walking distance from the unit as they are located in another block.

Travelers, if you’re looking for a place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City, you must stay at Duck’s place. His places are awesome: very clean, with a great view, and reasonably priced. You will experience a high-class Airbnb in a fantastic location, where almost everything is just a few steps away. Additionally, the host was extremely nice and helpful. He is very friendly and responds very quickly, making your stay enjoyable. After checking out, I realized that I had forgotten a sweater with some important keys in the pocket. I texted Duck, and he immediately responded and found it for me. He even delivered the items to my place without cost. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Believe me, your stay will be enjoyable and comfortable at Duck’s place. Thank you, Duck!
