Holiday rentals with a sauna in Vietnam

Our stay here was perfect. The location was good. Kids pool was amazing. Adult pool was beautiful. The apartment was so clean. Host was very helpful and responsive. The only negative we have from the stay is that the elevators take about 15 minutes to get down to ground floor as it’s so busy.

The place was clean, it was as described. The host is responsive, enthusiastic, nice. The location was conducive to my schedule.

Absolutely loved my stay at KayStay! The place was incredibly comfortable—felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful enough to relax. Everything is good and host is so kind

Huyen's condo was very clean with lots of space. The huge bathroom has a tub as well as a shower. The view is extraordinary. The bed was luxuriously comfortable and there were even robes in the closet. Huyen was very communicative and helpful. She helped us arrange a ride back to Hanoi, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. We'd definitely stay again.

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

Sarah was incredibly kind, communicative, and genuinely caring...she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place was clean, cozy, and even better than expected. Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

it is very far from the airport and main city but it is worth staying here as resident for a week or long to enjoy the fast developing city

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!

Generally nice and comfortable apartment for a friend group! Nice interior design, but common toilet had no curtain. And there was a cockroach in my shoe on one of the days there 😭

The room is very beautiful with authentic Japanese style. Great choice of interiors and organization.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

An amazing villa experience! I had such a chill vacation at this villa. As soon as I stepped in, I was hit with a modern yet cozy vibe—perfect for “Insta moments” with every corner looking stunning! The rooms were spotless, fully equipped, and there was a spacious balcony where you could just sit back, relax, stargaze, or enjoy the city view. The host was super friendly, giving us great tips on nearby food spots and popular check-in places. The villa is located right in the center, so everything is super convenient—cafes, bakeries, tourist attractions, all just a few steps away. What I loved the most was the relaxed atmosphere—both luxurious and homey—that made me want to extend my stay! If I ever come back, this villa will be my top choice for sure. Seriously, note this place down if you’re into photography and looking for a top-tier spot to unwind.

I had a great stay at this house. The house is spacious and clean and very stylish. The host is very friendly reply fast and he is always available any time we need. Recommend to you guys, the house is really good value!

Good place that matched the description. It was a really great place to rest at. Location was a bit tough to navigate for our driver (16 seater). One room had mould on the ceiling including the bathroom. It wasn't as bad though but just something to consider. Whole place was very spacious and we loved the kitchen.

Great option for getaway from Hanoi - fresh air, huge territory, a lot of activities. Hoai is a great host, everything went smooth and comfortable.
