Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bình Thạnh

Great location as it’s close to a lot of restaurants. Driving to the central area (Saigon centre, market, etc) would only take around 5 minutes or a 15-20 minute walk. Stay was as advertised from photos, AC was working and having the washer/dryer was a great addition! Hong was also extremely responsive and flexible with our check in/check out time Would recommend this stay!

Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Our rooms were clean when we arrived and were regularly cleaned every few days. The apartment itself is in a nice and accessible area, with an MRT station just right across. There are also many restaurants, malls and bars, all within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again.

We loved staying here! Very close to all the hotspots and lots of restaurants and spas just a walk away! It’s definitely for 2 people max. Very clean and modern which we loved. The place is very secure but it was not 100% soundproof. Although surround sounds were present they weren’t a dealbreaker. It’s a great place coming home to after a long day, & free clean, cold water in the lobby was great :)

Host is very responsive, friendly and helpful with booking and throughout the stay with a great apartment. The location is perfect for lots of amenities and the building is well managed with great facilities - 100% recommend.

A comfortable room and beautifully designed home that was very easy to self check-in during our night layover in Saigon😊🌿 Even just the entrance is lovely as you are stepping into a hidden, tranquil garden kind of space. I believe we met the owner of the house and cafe when checking out, who kindly offered us a seat and fan and helped us with our Grab car before seeing us off. Thank you, Aqua House🤗

It was a family trip, but I had a really good time. Unfortunately, the infinity pool was under construction, so I couldn't go. The swimming pool on the first floor was also nice!

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

Awesome place ! So many little eats and bars around . Love binh Thanh and this is situated in the best location . Apartment was clean and very accessible to get too . Stayed for a week and there was room cleaning and also laundry service. Will definitely come back and stay here in the future . Thanks Henrry!

Very clean and new, as shown in the photo, it is quite spacious, the bathroom is cleaner, and it is located in the alley of the bustling area, it is not noisy, the traffic is convenient, and it is definitely the first choice for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The Viacom mall was only 100 yards away. We were able to locate many Korean restaurants nearby as well. The host was exceptionally patient and kind, providing all the necessary information for our comfortable stay. I would come back and stay again.

Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!

Furniture was fairly basic but adequate

It's a lovely new building. Gorgeous facilities (Pool, Gym, Door Staff, Garden). Because it's a brand new flat, there were a couple kitchen items I needed to request (drying-rack, extra plates) They were extremely responsive and delivered whatever I needed immediately. True, the apartment is smaller then older apartments in D2, but for me the superb facilities and new fit-out make up for it. Definitely request an apartment with a "River view"....it's bright, quiet and you can watch the ships go by. The neighbourhood is friendly with all the shops you need and feels like a little-village. Highly recommend.

The value for money is right for us. The modern high-rise building where the apartment is located is located in a noble yet lively neighborhood of Saigon. There is a lot of greenery, a big park right on the Saigoner river. Restaurants, banks, a large shopping center, all-around supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance. The metro station "Van Thanh" is a 10-minute walk. It is also positive, the host of the apartment is very quick to respond to inquiries.
