Evan’s place was perfect—spotless, extremely well-maintained, and a welcome oasis in Ithaca.

The hosts are professionals. They communicate so well, and their written instructions are the best that I have seen so far. The place is great, extremely well designed and also private. Few things to keep in mind: -This is a very secluded area, so there are not too many things around. You will have to drive for a bit to get to grocery store or restaurant. I was perfectly fine with that. - The house is bit short. I am 6'5" and I had to bend down at the doors. The place was so awesome that I did not mind that either. If you want privacy, and place just to relax and enjoy living, then this is the option for you!!!

it was an awesome house that was perfect for my family to stay while we had buisness in nearby Sidney. the house and back yard were beautiful and I will definitley look to see if this house is available the next time I am in the area with a couple people or more.

My husband and I needed some time to re-bond and boy did this place and Tom & Carol deliver. The best airbnb we've ever stayed in, very romantic, beautiful, and inspiring. They put so much love and detail into the place, it went above and beyond in terms of amenities (they had everything we needed plus so much more). I had brought a lasagna that was too big to heat in their airfryer, so they offered to put it in their oven to heat up - which was lovely of them. Honestly this place and the hosts exceeded our expectations in every way. Tom & Carol gave us a personal tour of their beautiful property, gallery and house and all of Tom's artwork - which is everywhere. Tom is so talented and answered our many, many questions. They were super welcoming to my dog as well, and our dogs even played together! My only complaint w/tongue in cheek: Tom doesn't sell his work any longer as he's building a sculpture garden and museum - I get that, but it was hard to not buy some of his incredible work.

This cottage on the river was just as described & exactly what we needed for a quick, relaxing getaway. The multiple outdoor seating areas & river views made for a beautiful scene, the neighborhood was a cute, quiet area perfect for evening strolls & Main Street is a 10 minute walk with plenty to do. We truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely book again!

Staying at this charming little cottage near the Finger Lakes was an absolute delight. The moment we arrived, I felt as if I’d been transported to Scandinavia, surrounded by serene natural beauty and peaceful views. The quiet sounds of nature made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Alicia was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Without a doubt, this is a 10 out of 10 experience, and we can’t wait to return for a longer visit to explore more of the property and the surrounding town! Thank you again!

We were in the Ithaca/Newfield area for a wedding and did not want downtown Ithaca. This was 5 minute drive from wedding location and only 10 minutes into Ithaca. Ideal for us. It was clean, all the comnforts of home and Dan & Jackie were so responsive to any questions we had.

I think this Airbnb is one of the nicest we've seen in Waverly. Glad we snagged this one. It's attached to a wellness and birthing place, but no on was there on the weekend we were there. Met one of the hosts, he was very nice and kind. We park in the back, so it's pretty private and close to the entrance. The place itself was super clean and spacious. The window a/c units were scheduled to be installed after the winter just after we got there. It got a little warm in the upstairs bedrooms during the day, but luckily, it was cool enough at night, and they brought fans to help cool it down. It had everything we needed. The perfect stay for this little town! Would stay again!

This is our 3rd stay with Anne&Frank and we are booked again in October. That in itself says a lot. Their place is always pristine and they are very responsive should the need arise. The surroundings are great for just relaxing and enjoying life and venturing out in the surrounding small towns. It is our favorite place to stay in that area and we highly recommend it.

Richard is an excellent host! Easy check-in and check-out! The location is great! A quiet gate away, but about 10 10-minute drive to Cornell and Ithaca. The place is very clean and provides a lot of supplies, food, snacks, and necessities! Very thoughtful. The communication is excellent! Very clear instructions and very responsive Very pleasant stay!

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed in. The location was perfect and the place was clean. It was super cute and perfect for me and my two daughters. The hot tube was an added plus too!! Would absolutely stay there again! The hosts were super friendly and so helpful. They felt like family. ❤️❤️❤️

Melissa is an absolutely amazing host! She not only provided some breakfast items, but also personally welcomed us in the evening with a warm introduction and thoughtful recommendations for local food and attractions. We truly loved her and appreciated everything she did for us. The house itself was incredibly cozy and filled with warmth—it’s clear that the owner has a deep love for life. There were beautiful flowers, charming decorations in every corner, and adorable Jellycat plushies that added a lovely touch. If our travel schedule had allowed, we would have loved to stay even longer.

The place was great and made our visit to Ithaca exceptional. Having spent 4 years in Ithaca many years ago, I knew Lake Cayuga was the only place to stay in summer. We used Alison's kayaks every morning to paddle around the lake. The one bathroom created an opportunity for the family to develop unexpected closeness.

We had 8 family members up for our son's graduation from Syracuse University and Amy's place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, clean and neat, VERY comfortable beds, all linens and towels included. Came in on a cold, rainy Friday afternoon and were very appreciative of her gas fireplace that quickly warmed the condo. Also liked that there were individual heat settings for each bedroom for everyone's individual tastes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Highly recommend!

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

The interior decorating, design, construction and the stocking of the space with super useful items was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and will stay here again.

Nancy’s Cortland place was perfect for my needs. Brought my 2 Goldendoodles. Cute cabin in a nice area. Asked Nancy about checking in early and she said no problem! Was also able to checkout a little later. Having that extra flexibility is so nice. Cortland is really cute and I would go back!

Rachel’s place was phenomenal! It was clean and cozy, and perfect for a quick escape from NYC. It was also close enough to be right in downtown Ithaca within minutes. I will definitely be back again!

This spot was incredible! The pictures are accurate but can’t quite do the space justice. We had a range of weather during our stay in early March- super sunny & cold, snowy, grey and rainy- but no matter the weather it felt so welcoming to sit in the living room looking out at the slopes. I only had my partner & my dog for this stay, but there’s plenty of space to bring friends & family. The proximity to the mountains both visually and walk or shuttle wise is perfect. Maybe random, but a touch I loved was the quality of the pots and pans included in the space. This will be saved and shared- such a gem of a place! Thank you, Breeana & Family 🎿🏂🐺

It was a great weekend place while visiting the area for a baseball tournament. We look forward to returning in a couple weeks again.
