Welcome to "Peace of Heaven Ranch" where you can escape from reality! Our beautiful vacation house offers a homey feeling to everyone. Our home provides 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 sitting areas to relax with family and friends, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room to enjoy a home-cooked meal. Other amenities include a fireplace, laundry,picnic tables, and grill. Our 92 acres offer trails to go on ATVs, a pond to go fishing, an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, and a shaded hammock area!

Quiet Private Apartment Park Setting West Side

This is an older home with one apartment on the first floor and a vacant apartment upstairs. Guests have the entire property to themselves. Free off-street parking. There is a small park across the street and a larger city park one block away w/carousel, pool, tennis courts, ice rink (all seasonal), amazing playground and walking paths. Three hospitals are within a 10 minute drive. Close to BU/SUNY. A nice variety of restaurants, bars, shops, antiques in the area. Check out the guidebook!

Private Cabin and Pond Property

Enjoy our secluded cabin, pond, and picnic area with many acres to roam. Rest comes easy with the privacy and peaceful woodlands that is the setting of our family's newly refurbished vacation space. Up to two Cots available upon request (must bring your own bedding.) Comfortable space for up to 4 guests. Our cozy cabin is the perfect chance to unplug from the busyness of life, equipped with WiFi but very sparse cell reception. WiFi calling feature can be used for important connections.

Relax with your friends and family at this peaceful off grid cabin in the woods. Enjoy some time away and unplug from everyday life. Whether it's just time with family, fishing in the stocked pond, or just hanging out and roasting marshmallows by the campfire. Our cabin has battery and solar lights, linens, cookware, plates, utensils, propane stove, and basic cooking essentials. It has an indoor gravity fed flush toilet and a sink. Our cabin is off the grid so plan accordingly.

The River House on the upper West Branch

Located right on the upper West branch of the Delaware River and just 1 mile from route 17 the "River house" is a fully restored and renovated 90 year old bright and open home. Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. The house is fully equipped to cook with spices and utensils. Keurig combo coffee pot and coffee. Bedrooms/ living room are all brand new furniture.

Cold water all summer long. Cozy up in this 2 bedroom 2 Bath cabin with all the necessities. Update: SULFUR water has been rectified as of 1-10-2023
