From the covered wooden terrace, there is a nice view of the water. The house is newly painted inside and out and in good condition with a new bathroom. Brand new wooden floors and new windows. There is a dishwasher and the possibility to wash clothes. From the kitchen you can see the water while cooking and at the dining table there is plenty of space due to pull-out plates. There is good WiFi and Chromecast for 3 TVs. There is nice garden furniture

Only 200 meters from the beach, you can even enjoy the sea view from the living room! The house has a spacious living room with sofa corners and a crackling wood stove, as well as an open and functional kitchen. In addition, there are two bedrooms and a bright bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine. Here you can really relax, take walks by the water and enjoy the time.

This exclusive beach house is built with respect for nature and fits perfectly into the unique dune landscape. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.
