Holiday rentals with a patio in Biltmore Forest

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Comfy bed. Easy walk to Frog Level. I had to work a little bit and the small office was nice for that.

5 Stars — A Perfect Stay! Allison and Cory were incredible hosts! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was a breeze, the space was spotless, and every little detail felt thoughtfully curated. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The home was cozy, stylish, and had all the comforts you’d hope for (plus a few extra touches that made it feel special). Communication was quick and friendly, and they made sure I felt welcome the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

I had a truly lovely stay at this Airbnb in Asheville! The room was cozy and clean, with large windows that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The property had a beautiful garden that felt like a hidden retreat, and I especially loved watching the small squirrels, birds, and or chipmunks, make their daily visits. It was peaceful, refreshing, and the perfect spot to unwind. The host was friendly and respectful of privacy. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Asheville!

Peaceful, comfortable, clean apartment within a ten-minute walk to downtown Asheville. In a beautiful historic neighborhood with interesting homes and big trees. Parking on site and self check-in was easy. The neighborhood felt safe and the apartment was quiet (even on a holiday weekend). Great locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, and major grocery stores within walking distance. One of my best Airbnb experiences yet.

We loved their place. We could live there. Down to earth and the host are the same. We are coming back for sure. We thank them for the hard work , it shows. Beautifully put together

Susan’s place was quiet, clean, and spacious! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our dog crates inside as well as a backyard and neighborhood for us to walk with our puppies! The sectional was great for movie watching at the end of a day exploring!

This stay was a treasure! Very affordable, great location to relax and sweetly decorated and welcoming feel. The hosts provided us with everything we needed and prepared the space for a beautiful weekend! Will most certainly be back!! We also appreciated the reasonable rate, allowing us to pour back into the community. Restaurants and shopping options were first class!

We loved our stay! It was quiet and in a lovely location. The house was super clean and we felt at home. It had everything we needed for our visit to the area and plenty of space to work remote too. There was a power outage when we arrived and for most of the evening and Jessica was very responsive. We enjoyed visiting some local places like cat cafes (Cats at Play Cafe & House of Black Cat Magic) and breweries (Whistle Hop, Turgua and Highland). I love to thrift and can recommend the Asheville Humane Thrift Store.

I would recommend staying here with a group vs separate hotel rooms. I went with friends with different itineraries. It was convenient for them going to Biltmore and for my sister and I to be close to downtown. It was relaxing to get together at the end of the day to get filled in on each other’s experiences.

Remarkably comfortable and close enough to everything needed. Chris was everything I like a host to be - friendly, responsive, on top of the little details. We brought along my mother-in-law, who uses a walker to get around. She had no access issues and felt safe and at home, her first time in an Airbnb property. The check out process is usually not memorable, but Chris’ was, if only for its brevity and clarity. I really appreciate that.

This home was just perfect for our stay in Asheville, the home was just as described, and we felt right at home! The host is super responsive and provided wonderful recommendations for us. We walked all over Asheville during our stay and came home to an awesome place to hang out and chill before going to bed. The porch is great to hang out on and the plants and decor are just awesome. Would stay here again and would recommend!

Beautiful spacious home with a great view from the front porch. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed staying here. It was exactly as described and shown in the listing. I’ve learned that is a problem with Airbnb and other listing services. People don’t fully describe or show the place in photos. This place was very comfortable and clean. Looked exactly like the photos and Meg the host was extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Just be aware it is a small place. But I was very comfortable and well laid out. Be aware that the only sink is in the bathroom, which works fine. The small dining table, refrigerator and microwave worked great. The host also made sure the temperature was comfortable for me which I really appreciated. I would stay there again.

This place was perfect! We felt so comfortable and relaxed. It smelled good, looked good and was really clean! The hot tub was easy to use and we took advantage each night the weather allowed. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely stay again! Graham was very responsive and helpful. We had not a single thing we didn’t like or wished was different. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Oh yes, easy storage to unpack and “live” here for a week!

What a gorgeous condo! Tina was kind, helpful, and responsive. The condo was beautifully furnished, spotless, quiet, peaceful. Each night we’d listen to the spring peepers while we watched the sunset from the patio or living room windows—both of which had incredibly amazing views of the mountains. We appreciated as well that this was relatively convenient for a multitude of hikes in the area.

This was my second time staying at Lindsay's place and it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The rental is great and is well stocked with everything you could want or need. I hope I'll be able to make a third visit in the future!

Peaceful place

Had a very nice and relaxing stay. Alicia was great and checked on us. Home was in very nice condition and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

We are usually in Waynesville at least twice each year, and Mainstay has become our choice of accommodations. We agree with all the positive comments regarding location, cleanliness and comfort, and the high quality of the building renovation. The laminated wood trusses in the main room are especially impressive. The photos don't show the inside of the elevator, but it is as clean and modern as the rest of the building, and has the added advantage of making it possible to take all your stuff up to the apartment in one trip (or, in our case, four trips). The host's level of service is every bit as excellent as the physical appointments--all our requests, whether before, during, or after our stays, have always been met with a rapid response that answers our questions and solves our problems.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kristin's home in Asheville! As many others have noted, it is in a great location, located walking distance to Downtown and South Slope. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. We did bring a car, so having a dedicated spot in a secure garage was a huge plus. While the condo is situated on a moderately busy road and across from the bus depot, we didn't feel like the noise was excessive or any more than we expected. The building, garage, and apartment felt very secure, and we walked everywhere we needed to go without issue. Kristin was very responsive and great to work with. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip!

Lovely well-equipped condo in a beautiful area of the North Carolina mountains. The three levels were perfect for the four adults and two children in our party. Very quiet and peaceful with great scenery.
