Lake house holiday rentals in Big Boulder Lake

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. George was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Great restaurants nearby and minutes away from skiing @ Big Boulder. I recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.

Perfect, last minute getaway weekend spot! Susan was responsive from the beginning and throughout our stay. The home is immaculately clean. My husband fished all weekend and caught several fish:) Sunrises from the primary bedroom and the screened in porch were a beautiful way to wake up. The weather was cool so we didn’t have bug issues but some of the screens probably need to be repaired for warmer days when you want to open the windows on the porch. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all of our meals in so we could enjoy the lake view. If you’re planning on cooking, you may want to bring some Tupperware. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed which was exactly what we were hoping for.

We had an amazing experience this past weekend at the lake house. Michael was very responsive and the house was beautiful. The kids had a blast in the game room even the men got the full throw back experience with the GameCube while it was raining! The lake was perfect and there was plenty of life jackets and water toys for us to enjoy. The community is huge but quiet, a great place to bring the kids for a getaway. We didn’t catch anything fishing but the view alone with the kayaks and canoe was great. It was peaceful, would definitely go again!

Danielle was a wonderful host, very fast with responses and made us feel very welcome in her lovely home. The house is very spacious, and beautiful and was very accommodating to our group. The house comes with a paddle boat and kayak and we had lots of fun taking them out to the pond in the backyard. We really loved our stay and would love to come back and stay here again!

We loved this Airbnb. It was beautiful there and Michael was quick to answer any questions. We did manage to get on the water with the kayaks, so that was great. We will definitely be back.

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

My stay at Jilla’s place was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Communication was seamless, and Jilla went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a very pleasant stay! The house has a great layout—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families. The location was super convenient, close to everything we needed. Justin was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even smoother. Our kids had a great time and truly enjoyed the space. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! Plenty of parking and good location. Enjoyed the hot tub and air hockey table. Easy drive to Jim Thorpe and whitewater rafting.

From the time we arrived until the time we left we enjoyed Dallas's beatiful home. The home is clean, updated and very well appointed. The view of Long Pond was gorgeous and we enjoyed the stand up paddle boards and the kayaks, even saw turtles and exotic looking birds. The lilly pads were blooming bright yellow flowers...The surroundings were very peaceful and the landscaping was very well maintained and cared for! We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit as well as the gas firplace as it was a bit chilly this weekend. We love to cook and found everything we needed plus more in the kitchen! The beds were comfortable and bed linens were fresh and clean! I loved the set up of the comfy couch with the view of the lake with cozy blankets to keep us warm! The giant dining table was wonderful to have for the 6 of us. The projector and the Sonos sound system was an added bonus; also great wiFi. Cannot say enough about this special AirBnB. Will definitely be back! Thank you Dallas!

We recently stayed at Regina’s place and had a truly wonderful experience. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Regina was a fantastic host, responsive and welcoming, and made sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend Regina’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Damian and Monika’s place was awesome. Very peaceful and private community/surroundings. Everything from the check in to the instructions to our communication was easy. Had a minor issue and Damian came over within 30 minutes and got it fixed, very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub and pool table were awesome in-house activity options. 100% would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay!

Jennifer's place was very beautiful and we are very happy we chose this place to spend a relaxing weekend away. Me and my family spent 2 nights here and got exactly what we wanted to relax. The hot tub, games room, grill and also the community basketball court and tennis court were definitely the highlights of our stay! There was a community pool which was clean but it was not open when we asked not sure why. Everything was clean and pristine with mostly everything we needed. The hot tub was ready when we arrived. We very much enjoyed the games room too especially the pool. The basketball game was not working and there was an arcade machine which was also not working but these were minor issues. Jennifer is also very responsive although we did not need to contact her during our stay anyways. I highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Avi is an amazing host, and we are so grateful that she opened up her home to us! There was plenty of room, so much to do in and outside of the house, and everything looked exactly like the pictures! It did get a little chilly at night (we didn’t mind, but there were plenty of extra blankets and the fire places if we needed them!) which is something you may want to keep in mind. The first floor is also very interconnected - you can see into the master bedroom through the fire place, which fortunately was not a problem for us. We did not use the jacuzzi, but the master bathroom was beautiful! Avi was also super responsive throughout, and we would gladly stay again in the future!

Tyler was a great host! Super responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Also let us know immediately (about an hour after our check out) when we accidentally left a wallet and AirPod behind, and was super quick and helpful in getting it returned to us!

It's my go-to place to stay when I'm in the area for work. Thank you, Jane, for making my stays always pleasant.

We had such a nice time in this beautiful home! The pickleball was a hit with our whole family and nice on rainy days, super fun game room, the house was clean and so well designed with everything you might need for your stay. And the deer were such a treat to see each day!

Hosts were very responsive and helpful, they gave a lot of information and recommendations on the area and things to do! The house is well laid out for a group, it’s well-appointed and well-furnished. It’s a beautiful house, great kitchen (although we ate out most nights); clean bathrooms that are newer! The kids loved the downstairs game room and we enjoyed the fire pit one night. Overall a comfortable, clean, quiet place for our family visit to the area. We highly recommend if you’re considering going to the area!
