El lugar es ideal para estar cerca de los sitios turísticos, parque, restaurantes y playas. Queda ubicado muy fácil, a orilla de carretera. Es impecable. Lindos detalles. Atención amable. Me sorprendió que siendo zona húmeda y clima selvático, no tuve inconvenientes con insectos o animales dentro de la vivienda. Eso es importante para mi y quizás para otros huéspedes que no lo preguntan pero que les puede ser útil la información. He encontrado un lugar a donde hospedarme. Volveremos.

We've been fortunate to stay in some nice properties, but this easily stood out as the most amazing place we've been. The house is incredible, the concierge (Fabian) was very helpful, the (daily) cleaning staff was top notch and the views were remarkable. The place looks even better in person than the (impressive) pictures on the site. Being high up meant not only a great view of the landscape but also wildlife. We regularly saw macaws, toucans and squirrel monkeys, who jumped through the trees (one tree only 15 feet or so from the pool/deck) two evenings while we were there. It was an incredible experience all the way around.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Casa Tucan. Die Wohnung war sehr modern und sehr sauber. Sie hat alles, was man braucht. Vom Balkon könnten wir jeden Tag viele verschiedene Vögel und manchmal Affen beobachten. In der Nacht hat uns ein Waschbär geweckt, der an den Müll wollte. Einfach herrlich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

We had a wonderful stay at John's place! I was traveling with a group of 7 and it was the perfect fit for our stay. It felt extremely safe with the remote-control gate, multiple carbon-monoxide detectors, and the security-guard/property-keeper Martín, who always greeted us with a smile in the evenings and early mornings. The location was excellent, with more than a handful of restaurants a 5 to 15 min walk away, a fully stocked super market 2 min away and a very quick drive to the Manuel Antonio National Park. The kitchen was also excellent; we made dinner and cocktails a few nights and were able to enjoy them altogether on the lovely back porch (a great place to read and play cards during a rainy afternoon as well). Even though the property also shares a few other houses, the large plants and beautiful trees keeps the house very private. Our favorite part was the beautiful pool with 8 lounge chairs, pool noodles, and an excellent view of the coastline. Would highly recommend!!
