Waterfront holiday rentals in Biesanz Beach

First of all, Itzá (the property manager) was absolutely outstanding. She went out of her way to provide us with local recommendations and excellent care. She also gives a discount to guests for her massages on the beach which are the best I have had in my life. The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, and we even had monkeys and butterflies visit us in the mornings.

We were greeted by David and Penelope upon arrival with a warm welcome. We stayed on the ground level in the 2 bedroom suite with our own kitchenette however we received two wonderful meals per day with request. Our hosts were wonderful, informative, and accommodating arranging for a monkey tour through the Mangroves by boat and informed us of the tortuga release just down the beach from where we were staying so we could take the easy 5 minute walk to watch the release. Oh, speaking of the beach, it was amazing to have such an amazing expanse to walk wash day. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to stay with David and Penelope. Looking forward to our next stay with them.

Great little place to stay for 1 or 2 people, wifi was acceptable for working. Hosts were very kind and helpful.

This was an amazing spot for our one night stay. The AC was an added bonus. You must walk down to Vista Verde restaurant. Their food is out of this world. Hands down best chips and salsa I’ve ever had!

Daniela's apartment was perfect for our stay near Manuel Antonio. Super close to the free beach with easy access. Plenty of parking and very spacious apartment. The air conditioning and monkeys in the morning were very welcome as well!

The apartment is small but meets everything you need, it is very nice and with a view of the forest. There is security when entering so it's super good if you bring your own car or rented.

super happy with the accommodation we felt like at home ,super nice and clean the super comfortable beds and you find everything you occupy , the only thing that is not very good is the internet always fails us. I think that could be improved but only that added and Willian was excellent. We were pleased with each of our super attentive requests. Thank you very much. We would definitely come back

I had a great stay here! The apartment had private entrance and it was super clean and well-maintained. Everything worked perfectly, from the AC and Wi-Fi to the appliances. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went the extra mile to be helpful with any request I had, him and his team was always ready and provided travel tips and local recommendations. Their friendly and smiling attitude made me feel like home. The value you get here is outstanding, truly an over-the-top price/performance ratio. I definitely look forward to coming back!

We really appreciated our stay at this Airbnb. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and everytime we had a question or needed help from the hosts, Andres and Jerome were responding very quickly. The site is beautiful with birds and flowers all around. The house itself has a large windows at the back, from where we can appreciate the beauty of the jungle directly in the backyard. We loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We were quite pleased with our stay here. The apartment was clean and centrally located. The Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park is a short walk around the corner. The beach is also close by. We walked to the supermarket and local restaurants. We felt safe and comfortable there. We used the San Bada hotel location as the pickup for excursions, which worked well. Overall, we had a great experience. Johnny was always responsive and helpful with recommendations.

We needed a few days of rest away from the noise and routine of the city, and in this house we found a lot of peace, nature and tranquility. In addition to some super friendly dogs and access to basic services about 10 minutes away.

I'm so happy we chose to stay at Lapa Villas for our first trip to Manuel Antonio. I can't say enough wonderful things about this home!! it was pristine, and the grounds are absolutely breathtaking Carli was truly amazing. She was so responsive to all my questions and gave us fabulous recommendations for things to do places to eat and helped with all our transportation needs. She was wonderful and we had the most amazing trip. We would absolutely go back and stay again.

Our stay at Diana and Matthew’s was a total joy. Beautiful surroundings, gorgeous pool. The cats were a bonus. The steep dirt road leading to the house was no problem with a 4x4. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and beach accompaniments. We are 2 adult couples and a toddler and the space was perfect for us. Noise travels quite a bit due to the high ceilings but was not a problem for us. There are great shades for the floor to ceiling windows and A/C in all rooms…which is necessary. Accessing Dominical and Manuel Antonio was easy and fun..as well as lots of other stops that are not too far away. We had a delicious seafood dinner at Oceano Seafood near Quepos on our last day and would highly recommend this restaurant if you like seafood. Overall, I would recommend Diana and Matthew’s place to anyone who wants to be away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a little luxury in solitude. Our stay was a total pleasure.

Great stay in Costa Rica! Carlos was an amazing and attentive host, especially to take time out & give us a tour of the waterfall nearby.

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

We enjoyed our stay! It was walking distance to the national park and the beach, as well as several restaurants and bars. Our gps said we were there before we arrived-You’ll be turning on beach park trail rd that may not look like a road you can drive on, but it is.

Isaac is a very welcoming and warm host, always ready to serve us, very receptive and full of good recommendations in the area. We loved our quiet little stay in Quepos in this beautiful apartment, we would happily go back. Being very close to Manuel Antonio National Park, it is the ideal place to explore the nature of Costa Rica. I recommend all first-time travelers staying in this little corner to go for a walk, you will not be disappointed.

Compared to the other properties in the area for the price, everything was perfect. I wish I had read a little more to know there was no a/c but it really wasn’t much of a problem. Lots of properties don’t have a/c in the area. It’s common. Thanks Tina!

Very spacious apartment in very safe condominium. Excellent location, five minutes walk to the beach. Close to places to go to eat by vehicle although it is not necessary because the Apartamento is very well equipped for cooking. As an extra it has very useful beach implements to have a better time at the beach or at the pool. We would definitely come back. An extra detail of the bottle of wine.

Paradise, relaxing, really able to unwind and forget all that you want! Very nice and helpful people.
