Holiday rentals with a patio in Biesanz Beach

LOVED this place. The balcony is just amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The only thing that could have made it better was if there was a small table and chairs to enjoy meals out there. We saw tons of monkeys and birds. But our second day a toucan was on the tree right outside the balcony sining for us and it totally made the trip for me! We were with our 10 month old, who would wake up at 4-5am everyday, but the balcony made it actually pleasant. We loved sitting out there and watching and listening to the jungle come alive! We'd hear the howler monkeys echoing around us, watch the birds fly, even start to learn the patterns of the birds and the monkeys. All with the ocean in the distance. Even when it rained, the sound on the roof was so lovely. (And once we realized there were screens you could fold out on the doors, we really enjoyed sleeping with the sounds of the jungle!)

WOW! WOW! WOW! What an amazing experience! Everything at Leidy's place was exactly as the photos and description stated. Leidy was extremely helpful. When we needed an iron and hangers, she quickly provided these items and even brought some fresh, baked bread with jelly and butter!!! We unfortunately under booked by one night. Leidy saved the day! What an amazing host, place and country. We look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb! We were recieved in person by Helena who showed us the airbnb and shared great local tips. The airbnb itself was nice and was as shown in the photos. If you are a light sleeper one of the room is closer to the road, but it didn't bother my party. Location was great easy access to beaches and both towns.

We had a great time at Jorge’s place. The location is perfect for visiting Manuel Antonio National Park and the beach. We spotted birds and monkeys from the balcony! Jorge is flexible with check-in/out, and provided us with lots of local recommendations.

Exceeded expectations. All the sounds and sights of the jungle without the bugs. We found the location to be ideal - we were able to walk to our hikes that did not otherwise have parking and then drove to dinner where parking was included. Linda was an excellent host who went out of her way to give recommendations and help us troubleshoot our first time in Costa Rica!

Perfect for a digital nomad. Stayed here for two weeks, half a block away from a supermarket with pretty much everything you might need (fresh meat and chicken, fresh vegetables, good selection of imported beer, imported sodas, and kombucha), 3 blocks away from the Main road (gym, restaurants, cafes, etc). The kitchen is stacked with pots and utensils, AC worked great and the washer/dryer combo was the cherry on top. Residential area, so very quiet at night.

I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb!! My husband and I booked Brian & Karla’s Casita for a week to enjoy our honeymoon. I wish we’d booked it even longer. This place has a way of making you feel completely unplugged from society, all the while being as modern as it gets. Pictures don’t do it justice! The wrap around balcony was perfect for evening sunsets, and the inside of the Casita was a perfect place to relax after adventuring Costa Rica. The Casita is a short drive down the mountain to Dominical, which has tons of local restaurants - Brian’s recommendations were spot on! You are also super close to Nuayaca Waterfalls, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio! Brian is an amazing host and quickly responded whenever we had questions. Him and his wife even made us dinner one night. We highly recommend this airbnb and we would book at Brian’s 1000x over! Pura Vida

After a fiasco with our original Airbnb, I messaged Nicholas and Gelena to see if we could check in as soon as possible. They messaged back within just a couple of minutes and said we could check in within the hour. The house was beautiful. We saw all kinds of birds from the pool; my favorite was the visits by the parrots every evening around 5pm. The location was perfect. 30 minutes to Quepos and 30 minutes to Uvita. The closest beach, playa Matapalo, has sloths in the trees every morning. We got some of the best pictures and videos there! If we ever come back to Costa Rica, this house would be our top choice!! If you’re thinking about booking, do it!! Just make sure you have a rental car with 4wd as you’ll need it to get up to the house.

Our host was very accommodating, flexible and gave grey recommendations. The home was stocked with things we would need such as plenty of linens, and additional treats like coffee and some complementary snacks. The location was walkable to several restaurants and shops. Overall, a very comfortable stay, in a wonderful location.

We loved this place! Close to anything you’ll want to do in Quepos and Manuel Antonio, but still private. You have the whole house to yourself and a private gate. Felt very safe and private! Only noise was from nature (birds and other animals scurrying on the roof), and things falling out of the trees hit the roof occasionally. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. Overall this place is great and we definitely recommend!

Clean and comfortable stay! Loved everything about it from the kitchen to the laundry room to the bedrooms! Helena and Teya were super kind and helpful, helped us with anything we needed and provided a lot of information! would highly recommend this airbnb!

This two story house was surrounded by lush coffee fields on three sides. There are windows everywhere on every wall creating light and letting in the fresh breezes. The bedrooms and living room all had room darkening shades. The amazing view from the second story balcony included sunrises and sunsets over the mountains around this coffee valley. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and safe to walk at any time of day or night. Our favorite way to end the day was to build a fire in the fireplace, roast marshmallows and enjoy a drink. We love to cook Tico style and the kitchen was well stocked with sharp knives, rice cooker, blender, pots and pans and three ways to make coffee. :-) It was a great kitchen! The house was clean and there were plenty of towels and sheets to use. The only challenge came from being in a coffee field. Each morning we swept out numerous bugs from their night adventures. It was obvious the house had been sprayed since none of the bugs were very active.

What a magical place! The service was spectacular and the place is located with stunning views. Very cheap price for such a nice place. Plenty of towels and blankets for the cold.

Beautiful property and kind hosts! They were so descriptive on finding the place and let us check in and check out flexibly. We absolutely loved our stay and they were ready with recommendations in the area. I only put 4 stars for easy to find because that’s anywhere in the area. It was dark when we came in so it was a little difficult but because of how thorough their instructions were we found it more easily. Would love to return!

Isaac was very kind, quick to respond and to help us with our questions. The place is impeccable and the amenities are exactly as described, the atmosphere is very quiet and the view is very nice with lots of nature, totally worth it! :)

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Having the sea in front of you when you wake up is a unique experience. The apartment was very safe and clean, and Omar was a very accessible and communicative person. I'd love to come back 😊

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay! We saw lots of cute monkeys right around the property — it was such a fun surprise and the highlight for the kids. They also loved the pool, which was clean and perfect for cooling off after exploring. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, which made things super convenient. A great spot for families!

We liked our stay with Sylvia. The place is great located from Quepos downtown and Manuel Antonio. House is just like the pictures. It was clean and has everything for cooking. One of the bathroom has a leak but in general everything was good.

Comfortable and private with big pool! Wonderful stay close to Manuel Antonio!
