Great place to stay! We loved the pool, and my daughter loved the cats, dogs and frogs we found about the property. If you need cribs request ahead of time. They need to be brought up to your apartment. But great place, hopefully we can come back again!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand runter haben wir leider nicht zu Fuss gefunden aber mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell unten. Alle Zimmer haben Aircondition. Alles war sauber und ordentlich . Es hat eine grosse Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler, den wir nutzen konnten. Also wie Probleme mit dem Ofen hatten, hat Cindy sofort reagiert ( obwohl es schon spät war) und eine Lösung gefunden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Einfach aber zur Info, das 3. Zimmer befindet sich unten und unsere Kids hatten ein bisschen Angst dort allein zu schlafen - lag aber auch an dem Gewitter was wir so ziemlich jeden Abend hatten🙈

Si vous cherchez un logement dans un endroit calme et isolé c’est l’endroit parfait au son des vagues et vue sur la mer sur une petite route de terre avec une magnifique piscine et une cours arrière vraiment chouette. Les chambres étaient très confortables et Jenny la manager de la maison est vraiment très gentille. Susan est très réactive au messages et flexible, nous avons vraiment eu une belle fin de séjour au CR :) Le resto Mar y sol recommandé par Susan était succulent. Attention les vagues 🌊 sont très fortes, donc plus difficile à se baigner avec les enfants. Mais Plage exceptionnelle pour prendre de longues marches, comme si on était seul au monde ! Le BBQ est très vieux et usé et donc nous ne l’avons pas utilisé. L’appartement était très confortable nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Des heures de plaisir dans la piscine :) Épicerie à environ 20 minutes de l’appartement. Situé à 1h de Manuel Antonio :) donc se fait très bien pour la visite d’une journée !

Es un bello apartamento frente a una playa con seguridad y guardavidas . Tomas tus comidas con el sonido del mar . El apartamento está precioso con muebles de muy buena calidad y las camas estuvieron deliciosas para un descanso perfecto. Tienen juegos de mesa y hasta sillas de playa , bola , buggies. Le doy un 200/100! Solo tener en cuenta que el mar es de cuidado y si eres amante de estar dentro del agua en las olas , mejor te desplazas a alguna zona cercana como Manuel Antonio que queda muy cerca . Eso hicimos y nos encantó lo cerca que estábamos y volver a un apartamento tan acogedor al final de un día de playa ! Volveré sin lugar a duda . Además Eduardo fue sumamente amable con el ingreso !

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful! The house with the open layout was perfect, the pool and the waterfall right out back was perfect, and then 20 steps to the beach. It’s not a tourist area at all so it’s pretty much a private beach. Israel, the caretaker was absolutely incredible! He was so nice and kind and helpful. He responded to anything that we needed. If you need something, ask him, he is the man. If you are going to do a mangrove boat tour, don’t book elsewhere, look no farther. Israel has the boat 10 steps from the driveway. He took eight of us on an amazing mangrove boat tour and saw monkeys and crocodiles and the mangroves. He is so good with kids! He just wants the kids to have a good time. We really appreciated him and enjoyed hanging out with him. Do you want to ride horses on the beach? No problem, he’ll have horses out back whenever you want them! And everything he set up for us, we felt was pretty reasonably priced. Thank you for an amazing week!!!

We had a great short stay at Lilly’s place. One of the few with a private pool which was awesome for our daughters. Well equipped and comfortable. Living area can get warm as the AC units are in the bedrooms only but ceiling fans help. Overall recommend staying here if in the Parrita/Esterillos area.

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s home it was the perfect location for the places we wanted to visit. Only 1 hour away from Manuel Antonio and about 30 minutes from Jaco and 2 hours from SJO. Read description carefully because you might think you’re renting the entire house but it’s actually divided into 4 different suites and the common areas are shared along with the pool. This is all on the description of the listing it was just a minor oversight on my end but we ended up having an amazing time and are glad we stayed at Tracy’s home. Thank you for having us :)

Apartamento precioso, igual que las fotografías, muy limpio y cómodo. Vista preciosa al mar. Silencioso, tranquilo y muy cómodo. Volveremos!!!

El hospedaje excelente, me encantó su cercanía con la playa. Lugar tranquilo. Y con comercio cerca. Sin duda lo recomiendo. El anfitrión fue muy amable.

I enjoyed this space a lot! It has a lot of character and it’s perfect for getting some good rest inside or out! The pool area is enjoyable and in general the outside area is beautiful/quiet. The bathroom is huge (shower and toilet inside) and the living room/bed area is perfect for two or even three! This is all depending on how much space you need. If you’re driving - you’ll have a parking spot for your car. We had to the pleasure of meeting Terry’s husband and he was very helpful in letting us inside the gate and with his overall friendliness. Lastly, Terry and her husband will share a ton of info with you prior to arriving. Address, Restaurants, things to do, WiFi, etc. This helped immensely.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

Estuvimos hospedados dos días y tuvimos entretenimiento desde el inicio hasta el final ,con lugares muy cercanos, fácil de llegar muy conveniente para visita con niños que en nuestro caso era la prioridad, excelente vista al mar, muy silencioso y con la comodidad que un lugar de este tipo requiere

Hi Jessica. Thank you so much for the seamless and wonderful stay at your beautiful home. We enjoyed all the facilities that you provided, including that beautiful pool and the various places where we could enjoy meals. The AC units in the bedrooms worked perfectly and very efficiently, which is a real necessity at the beach. We enjoyed the huge top deck and enjoyed the ocean view it provided. The beach was perfect, and it like it was our own private beach. Very private. Stringing hammocks between the palm trees was a real treat for real relaxation with the music of the ocean. The Starlink Wi-Fi was exceptional and never failed and had coverage outside as well. Yeni and Mendoza were such a courteous and a special couple they couldn’t do enough for us. They were there but gave us privacy, yet always willing to help with everything. Mendoza an excellent griller from fish to hamburgers. They were key to us enjoying your beautiful home so much! We had a great stay at Suzanne’s place. The pool was even bigger than we thought it would be. The place was pristine and the design of the house was amazing. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and breakfast at Cafe Ensueño just a block or two away. We loved being able to still enjoy sitting outside in the covered living space when it rained in the evening. We saw a toucan from the pool which was a real treat and our two year old son loved hearing the howler monkeys in the morning. The supermarket next door was very convenient, though that and the nearby highway were sometimes noisy. But all in all we still found the stay to be very relaxing. Starting out the day with the outdoor (but private) shower was great. Suzanne was very communicative, flexible with check in, and had great recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do. Náuyaca waterfalls are just 15 minutes from Suzanne’s place and were a highlight of our trip. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Casita Alessandro, the property is beautiful with lots of wildlife and birds! Giovanni was extremely helpful and welcoming. The place was nice and clean, with extra towels if needed! We really enjoyed spending our time outside on the balcony. It is a walkable area, with a few restaurants nearby and a quick walk to the beach (although it is a bit of a hike down). There was some construction in the area, and there is a second Casita being built on the property, but the noise didn't bother us as it wasn't excessive. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, Greg and Lisa made us feel completely at home with their warmth and hospitality. Our first impression of Beachhouse Incognito truly took our breath away—the stunning pool, with the sound and sight of waves crashing just beyond, set the perfect tone. The bungalow was exactly what we hoped for: cool, cozy, and inviting. But the real magic happened on the porch, where we sipped our morning coffee and watched a parade of wildlife—iguanas, coatis, agoutis, hummingbirds, and so many lizards. Evenings brought more delight as we grilled our dinners by the pool and spotted bats flitting overhead. At night, thunderstorms rolled in, making everything feel even more magical. Most of our days were spent floating in the pool and simply relaxing, but we also loved exploring the local culture of Dominical. Highlights included ceviche at Fuego Brewery, outstanding chicken wings at Jolly Roger Bar, and spotting capuchin monkeys at La Parcela. We can’t wait to come back!

Nos encantó el departamento: todo estaba impecablemente limpio, ordenado y la vista era espectacular. Recomendamos llegar a la hora exacta del check-in, ya que se necesita un brazalete para acceder a las áreas comunes. Mientras esperábamos la hora de entrada, intentamos salir a comprar algo desde el acceso a la playa, pero nos indicaron que solo una de nosotras podía hacerlo por no contar aún con el brazalete.

Tanto el lugar como sus alrededores son muy bonitos, el único detalle fue que la comunicación era lenta y no pudimos utilizar Netflix, por lo demás, todo excelente! Definitivamente volveremos.

Awesome location on Dominicalito beach. Zion was the best! He followed us to the beach and hung out waiting for us while we surfed. Yard is super nice and private and you can basically see the ocean from the front door if the property gate is open. It is a clean, well maintained space that was perfect for a night. No hot water but that’s common in Costa Rica. Great place

Nous avons passé 3 nuits exceptionnelles. Tout était très propre, le lit est très grand et très confortable. La piscine est idéale et la vue à couper le souffle, on voit directement les vagues qui se jettent sur le sable et on est bercé par le bruit des vagues. Nous avions eu un souci de nid de guêpes et Osa Property a réglé notre souci en seulement quelques heures. Ils sont très réactifs et à l’écoute. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cette appartement.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Susana. Le logement est super beau avec une vue splendide sur la plage. Nous avions tout l’équipement nécessaire. Belle terrasse pour nos repas. Le site était tranquille, avec une magnifique grande plage. Nous avons fait de belles grandes marches. L’eau de la mer et des piscines étaient chaudes et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Enfin Susana a répondu à toutes nos questions. Si vous êtes sans transport le système de bus est plus ou moins fiables. Il est difficile de savoir à quelle heure passe l’autobus. Toutefois il y a un arrêt de bus juste en face du site. Merci pour tout.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem. Fomos recebidos pessoalmente pelos anfitriões que nos passaram os detalhes da casa. Alguns detalhes foram resolvidos rapidamente e sempre nos responderam com gentileza e prontidão. Na segunda noite trancamos a porta com a chave dentro e Don José foi lá abrir a porta prontamente (ele mora há 25km de distância). O local fica a 1 minuto a pé da entrada do parque Manoel Antônio e a essa mesma distância da praia Espadilla. Tem restaurante, mercadinho, agências de passeio, bares, tudo ao alcance a pé. O ônibus para bem próximo de lá também. A casa é muito confortável, silênciosa , bem equipada e há muitos animais ao redor (veados, iguanas, macacos). Tem uma sacada bem legal pra tomar café e ouvir as ondas do mar bem cedinho. Recomendamos o lugar, sobretudo pela atenção dos anfitriões.
