The village of Mattsies is located approx. 10 minutes from the A96 and thus all relevant destinations such as Augsburg, Munich, Memmingen, Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammer, Lake Constance, etc. can be reached in approx. 60 minutes and less. The apartment is excellently designed for long-term stays. Please read everything under "Your accommodation" and "Other relevant information"! The garden and terrace can also be used. Mattsies is also in a quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests.

I'd love to be home

In the outskirts of a small hamlet in the district of Ostallgäu on the border of Upper Bavaria we are easily accessible via the B472. Plenty of space around the house a small paradise for children with playhouse, climbing trees, trampoline, swings and a lot of play equipment. A large wooden terrace equipped with pallet furniture invites you to chill, barbecue and enjoy the sunset. In short, the right place for a little break from stressful everyday life to recharge your batteries.

Retreat in the Eastern Allgäu

We have newly built a vacation home in Rettenbach am Auerberg. An apartment with a separate entrance and a double bed (sleeping berth) in the gallery; a "hideaway" for two people a good hour's drive from Munich. Flooded with light, guests have a view of the Bavarian white-blue sky during the day and at night you can watch the stars from the bed – they seem a little brighter here in the eastern Allgäu than in Munich because of the lower scattered light.

I offer you a very bright modern 2 room apartment about 70 sqm. Access to the large terrace is from the spacious living room. In the large kitchen-living room you will find everything you need. ( Pots, plates, cups, etc.) The bed in the bedroom has electrically adjustable slatted frames. A small pantry is also available. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement in the laundry room. WiFi is available for free throughout the apartment.
