Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Biddeford

Shannon’s place was exactly as described! It was perfect for my husband, me and our 1 year old for the weekend! It certainly lets you experience living in an old historic farmhouse! That being said, bring your extension cords if you would like to charge anything near your bed at night! It’s an old house so there are very few outlets available. We were visiting from Florida so we were a little cold at times but the heat worked perfectly for a cool May weekend. I can see where it might be chilly to stay in the middle of winter. When it came to check out, I couldn’t find any instructions. I felt like I should have been taking out the trash and whatnot but I was unsure with the wildlife if it was better to leave inside? So that part was a bit unclear. Other than that, our stay was perfect! Thank you so much again Shannon, we would love to stay again in the future

What a truly enchanting place! The home was impeccably clean and adorned with charming decorations that added to its warmth. Our absolute favorite moment was savoring our morning coffee in the picturesque backyard, embraced by the stunning trees lining the property. My kids had an amazing time making s'mores by the fire pit and exploring every nook of the backyard. We are already looking forward to returning in the summer!

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time in Portland and coming back to this unit after a full day of activities felt like we were right at home. Lucie has truly made this unit so warm and inviting with great attention to detail. The location itself is also great, not too far from the city to drive but not too close either. Thanks again!

"Extraordinary Architectural Masterpiece" pretty much sums up the apartment. Nice open spaces with elegant lighting and design touches throughout. Lots of windows ensured it was bright and offered great views of the city (often made possible by an abundance of parking lots close by - this is a good thing!). We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, none of which were more than 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, the ferry to Peaks Island is an easy walk (and worth the trip, particularly if you rent a bike which is super easy). Alice was super responsive when I reached out with questions and updates on timing. So all good and glad we stayed there!

We drove right to it, although it seemed a little off the beaten path. Once inside, the space was small but very comfortable for our family of 6. We had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The neighbor, Mike, introduced himself and offered to give us recommendations for anything we might need in the area. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t venture out to see the area at all.

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

Jennifer’s place was perfect for a night in Portland with my husband and infant daughter. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location is great! Would love to stay again!

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and a few shops. The space had everything we needed and more. Beach towels, chairs, beach bag, and toys were available for our use. Easy checkout. The place was cozy and comfortable.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Gregory's home. Home and amenities were as pictured and described. Space was tidy, smartly appointed, and clean. Home was close to Old Orchard Beach and we were able to walk there multiple times during our stay. The hot tub was much appreciated and we were able to relax after days filled with sight seeing and shopping. Gregory was communicative and had a response rate of approximately 12 hours. I would recommend bringing reusable bags for any shopping as it seems Maine has discontinued complimentary bags at stores.

Great house. Just as described. Location was close to everything we were interested in. Would love to stay again.

An Ideal Home for Families – Even Better in Person! This home truly exceeded our expectations. It's hard to fully appreciate just how perfect it is for families until you step through the front door. Spacious and thoughtfully laid out, it offers plenty of room for privacy while also providing cozy, inviting areas for everyone to gather and make unforgettable memories. The house is beautifully furnished and equipped with every amenity we could have possibly needed. The backyard is a standout feature—perfect for spending time together, and it feels surprisingly private despite being conveniently located just off a main road. John was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. He made sure everything was ready for us, so we never had to reach out during our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

We were in town for a wedding. There is plenty of room (and mirrors) to get ready. It was very clean and had everything you could want. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the hammock. I would definitely recommend staying at Kat’s place!!!

Fabulous; lovely place, close to the beach, good internet, nice amenities.

Very nice place to stay! Modern, clean and loved that it’s pet friendly! A little pricy during off season for this area because most places are closed. Our favorite room was the movie theater room fun place to hang out in the evenings.

The house and location were perfect for our vacation. House is equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the back patio and short walk to the beach, and ended up staying an extra day.

Great location and fully stocked with everything we needed - even down to beach toys for my kids and a wagon to haul it all back and forth!!

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

Great stay

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Extremely clean and great location. It is located on second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out. She doesn’t require us to take out the garbage! !! She quickly responded to our questions and provided a great tourist book. Shower is amazing…I won’t spoil the surprise so book if you can!

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The location here truly can’t be beat-walking distance to everything Kennebunkport has to offer. We loved that the property was pet friendly and well stocked. The property itself was exactly as described with very comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Robert and Janette were incredibly responsive with our questions and recommendations and had clear checking and checkout instructions. A true gem of a weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Village By the Sea. Located in the middle of the lovely town of Wells, Maine. The property was beautiful and very comfortable.

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
