Super clean, nicely decorated. Very comfortable, warm and homey feel. Had everything we needed, including dog bowls! The coffee bar was fully stocked and very much appreciated. They’ve done a really nice job with this rental, lots of little touches that you don’t always get with other rentals. Thanks for sharing your place with us

Loved this place it had a lot of character. It was close to the bridge to walk to and get a beautiful sight of the city. The host was really helpful and responded in a promptly manner.

Place is very nice and easy to get to. Good access to Portland and Kennebunkport. Unit is only the first floor, top floor is occupied by someone else but did not see them while we were there. More spacious than it looks in the pictures.

This place is perfect getaway for a couple. Looks exactly like the pictures. The location is amazing. We will definitely be back.

Echo and Tom have a beautiful, peaceful space with the necessities needed for a comfortable stay that felt like home. They were responsive and checked in to see if we were comfortable.

Such a Beautiful place! Everything was brand new and super clean and meticulously styled full of charm ! This gem had everything you needed to have the most comfortable stay . The views in the main house and the additional boat house that was there for your enjoyment were nothing short of magical Jill the host was such a nice person and on the spot responsive if you needed anything, she truly cares about your experience and put so much heart into the special details in this home . This actually ended up being my husband and I favorite place that we stayed on our 10 day trip and we always stay in beautiful places. The location is great too , Portland and Ogunquit are 2 great places just a short drive away . We definitely will be back to stay again

Melissa’s unit is clean, nicely laid out, and close to many restaurants and activities. She has two beautiful cats, and they’re allowed in the room. So if you’re sensitive to cat hair be aware. Melissa was friendly and helpful.

Shannon’s place was exactly as described! It was perfect for my husband, me and our 1 year old for the weekend! It certainly lets you experience living in an old historic farmhouse! That being said, bring your extension cords if you would like to charge anything near your bed at night! It’s an old house so there are very few outlets available. We were visiting from Florida so we were a little cold at times but the heat worked perfectly for a cool May weekend. I can see where it might be chilly to stay in the middle of winter. When it came to check out, I couldn’t find any instructions. I felt like I should have been taking out the trash and whatnot but I was unsure with the wildlife if it was better to leave inside? So that part was a bit unclear. Other than that, our stay was perfect! Thank you so much again Shannon, we would love to stay again in the future

This is an absolutely hidden gem. Can't give it high enough ratings. I was here for months and had an excellent time. The hosts were gracious and thought of every little thing you could possibly want and the location was amazing. Thanks Katherine 💗

Eva's place was fantastic! It is so adorable and shows pride of ownership. The place was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The place was immaculate when I arrived and had everything I needed. The location was great and I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. All instructions were super clear and Eva left a list of local recommendations. Eva was easy to communicate with and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!! Gull's Nest is as adorable and as neat and clean as pictured.

The place was beautiful and the location was close to the beach. A 2 minute walk to where you can see the ocean and another 5 minute walk along there to where you can set up a beach chair on the sand or play in the water. It was perfectly set up with all the extra little things you will need. It was perfect for our family.

This was my second stay at Scott‘s amazing penthouse. So beautiful and comfortable and clean and you can’t beat the views across the harbor. I really needed a break and loved the comfortable beds! Just as described. Close to restaurants, shops and waterfront. The proximity to everything and the parking so close by made for a relaxing weekend. Scott was always immediately responsive when I had a question. I hope to be back for a third time in the future.

Loved the location. Less than 20 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go, and in most cases only a 5 minute walk. The home was comfortable, clean, and quiet! Appreciated having a designated parking spot, too. And the local beer waiting for us in the refrigerator was a lovely welcome to Portland! Thanks to the hosts for a great trip!

The views were amazing and the place was perfect! They’ve thought of everything (beach chairs, extra linens, coffee) and the flowers and birds make the property even more lovely. I stayed with my daughter and there is privacy within the space. The beach is a five minute walk from the house. We will definitely stay again!

Donna and Jim were amazing Airbnb hosts! I rented their apartment for 6 months while working in the area. It was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. They were so supportive and provided great communication. They were also so considerate considering I work 12 hr night shifts. The area has all amenities, and this apartment is walking distance to the ocean! The apartment was well supplied and I wanted for nothing. Overall, I’d definitely stay with them again, and I’d highly recommend their rental for anyone needing one in the area.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Had a great time peaceful get-away with great mountain views. Climbing,swimming,snowboarding, and all outdoor sports within close distance. I would definitely stay again

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

It’s was like luxury after a long day working a wedding. It was very peaceful , clean and felt like home. I cannot wait to stay again!

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! Thanks again Wendy 5⭐️
