Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

This four bedroom 1.5 bath home on historic Springs Island in Saco has both the charm and amenities that you need for your next vacation. Stay in this restored new englander on the Saco River in Biddeford where you can enjoy the water at home or you are just a short drive to the many of the most traversed beaches in Maine. You are also within walking distance to thriving downtown Biddeford, its mill district, and all of its restaurants and shops. Guests get access to a private gym as well.

Sleep in on comfy beds and then wake up to fresh coffee in your private suite before heading out to take in all that Southern Maine has to offer!

We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.

✨Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. Located on a quiet street 3 miles from Biddeford Pool Beach. 1 mile to the UNE Biddeford campus. 10 minutes to Saco train station. 15 minutes to Old Orchard Beach and 25 Minutes to the city of Portland and the Jetport.
