Holiday rentals with beach access in Bezirgan

We were only able to stay in Fethiye for 2 nights but the apartment served us well, great location right on the water. Paid public parking is available just a hundred meters away, was easy to get to. No complaints, would stay there again!

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Konaklamam gayet güzel geçti. Ev durumu ve konumu açıklamalarda belirtildiği gibiydi. Ersin bey, giriş ve çıkıştaki süreçte iletişimde çok yardımcı oldu ve sürekli iletişimdeydi. Fiyat performans olarak gayet iyi bir konaklama oldu benim için.

Gittiğimiz ilk andan itibaren karşılaması ve misafirperverliği olağanüstüydü. Konaklama yerimizin temizliğini görünce de içimiz rahatladı gerçekten çok titiz bir ev sahibi. Bize bu çevrede yapabileceğimiz etkinlikler hakkında da çok iyi tavsiyelerde bulundu. Sayesinde çok güzel bir tatil yaptık. Merkezi bir konum, kısacık bir mesafede bile turkuaz renkteki bu mükemmel denize girmeniz mümkün. Düşünen herkese kesinlikle tavsiyemdir.

Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults for 7 nights in this beautiful apartment with the most amazing view! Easy to communicate and book from Australia and when you walk inside you will immediately notice how clean & comfortable the apartment is. We ate in every night and had all we needed to cook/prepare meals. Washing machine is very useful & you have a big fridge for food & drinks which can be hard to come by in other properties. Adam, Sumeyra's dad was so lovely, happy and friendly, also very caring about our experience. Great location between Kaş and Kalkan and there's a small market about 1km from the apartment that sells bread, drinks, beers and other basics. There is a Migros very close too with reasonable prices. Kaputaş Plaji is 5 mins drive...best of both worlds! We would absolutely stay here again. There are about 15 or so steps to reach the apartment but our 78 and 79yo mothers managed no problem. Fantastic value!!! Thankyou Sumeyra and Adam

Ilk gece panjurlari acmakta zorlandigimizda saat gec olmasina ragmen tek tek adim adim mesajla bizlere acana kadar yardimci oldular, yeme/icme ve yuzme konusunda hem cok guzel oneriler yaptilar hem de bizlere yardimci olabilmek icin arkadaslarini yonlendirdiler. Evin konumu muhtesem, balkonda saatlerce oturup Kas manzarasini izleyebilirsiniz. Evin ici cok zevkli dosenmis ve tam zamanli yasanan bir ev oldugu icin de her turlu ihtiyac duyabileceginiz esya evde bulunuyor. Gonul rahatligiyla hic dusunmeden herkese tavsiye ederim, gelecek Kas ziyaretlerimizde de kesinlikle Safiye Hanim ve Apo Bey’in evinde konaklamak isteriz.

Small farm Kas is a beautiful piece of land, filled with wildflowers when we visited. My toddler had a fantastic time with the farm animals. The house itself is very cozy and elegant.

Wir hatten einen sehr komfortablen und tollen Aufenthalt. Die Aufteilung der Räume des dreistöckigenden Hauses (2 Schlafzimmer oben, Wohn-/Essbereich in der Mitte, durch eine Tür abgetrenntes großes Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten unten) war für uns perfekt, da wir mit einem Kind und zwei Jugendlichen da waren, die damit ihren eigenen Bereich hatten. Tevfik ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, und die Kommunikation lief äußerst unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, man ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Kas. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

İlk önce Deniz Bey, Şükrü Bey ve eşine ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederim, her konuda yardımcı oldular, bizi çok sıcak bir şekilde ağırladılar. Ev harikaydı. Geniş ve ferahtı. Temizlik kusursuzdu. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Işıl ışıldı. Ev o kadar güzeldi ki içinden çıkmak istemedik :) Hem evin içinde hem de bahçede havuz bulunuyor. Günümüzün çoğunu bahçe ve havuzda geçirdik. Havuzdan çıkıp jakuzi keyfi yapmak isterseniz o da mevcut :) Genelde gittiğimiz yerlerde evde kalmayız; etrafı, yakın yerleri keşfederiz. Bu sefer çok fazla keşfe çıkmadık çünkü evi bırakmak istemedik. Mobilyalar, beyaz eşyalar, mutfak eşyaları, bahçe mobilyaları, yatak yorgan hepsi temiz, yeni ve kaliteliydi. Yeteri kadar dolap çekmece vardı. Bahçede mangal yapabileceğiniz barbekü, havuzdan çıkınca yıkanabileceğiniz duş, ufak bir musluk, ışıklandırma vs her ayrıntı düşünülmüş. Otopark mevcut, kapı kumanda yada telefon ile açılabiliyor. Rahat rahat girip çıkabiliyorsunuz. Her şey çok güzeldi.

Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik, Pınar Hanım çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Jakuzi küvet gibi alanları kullanmadık ama bahçe ve havuz çok keyifliydi. 4 kişilik bir aile ya da arkadaş grubu için ideal bir ev. Konum olarak merkeze ve civar koylara yakın. Arabasız misafirler biraz zorlanabilir.

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer guten Lage - die Kommunikation mit Askin war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

This was our first visit to Kalkan and staying in a villa. We went with three adult children. Everyone had their own room with a wonderful view. The villa is well appointed, everywhere was very clean. The main living area is a wonderful social space. The pool was a bit chilly but we were there early in the season. We loved it.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Logement mieux que sur les photos, agréable séjour, Mme Deniz est très sympathique, les instructions pour arriver au logement très claires. La plage accessible avec transport public en 10 minutes ( même sans voiture) Tout à proximité Résidence impeccable Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine

Ev hem konum olarak hem de ihtiyaçları karşılama açısından oldukça başarılıydı. Tertemiz ve her şey düşünülmüş bir evdi. Gürsel Hanım iletişime geçtiğimiz her konuda anında dönüş yaptı. Havuzunun olması çocuklu aileler için ideal dışarıda olmadığız zamanlarda kızım hep havuzda vakit geçirdi.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

Nesrin Hanım, konaklamamızdan önceki sorularımızı çok hızlı yanıtladı. Konaklamamızda bizleri bizzat karşılayarak evi teslim ettiler. Evde bizi karşılamak için meyve ve ikramlıklar bulundurmaları çok hoş bir sürprizdi. Ev girdiğimizde temizlik kokuyordu ve her yer tertemizdi. Mutfakta her türlü araç ve gereç ayrıca temel malzemeler mevcuttu. Konumu harikaydı ve merkezi konumu sebebi ile yüksek müzik sesi geç saatlere kadar mevcuttu. Konaklamamızı daha rahat geçirebilmemiz için eve kulak tıpası bırakmaları çok nazik ve ince bir düşünce olmuş. Eşim ile birlikte harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
