We loved the location of the house, it is an incredibly quiet, calm, relaxing house. Everything is available at home, we had no difficulties, we look forward to coming again. Thank you very much to Mr. Hasan

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Deniz, Mr. Şükrü and his wife for their interest, they helped us with everything and hosted us very warmly. The house was great. It was spacious and spacious. The cleanliness was impeccable. We felt like we were in our own home. It was bright. The house was so beautiful we didn't want to leave:) There is a pool both inside the house and in the garden. We spent most of our day in the garden and pool. If you want to leave the pool and enjoy the hot tub, it is also available :) We don't usually stay at home in the places we go; we explore the surroundings and nearby places. We didn't go exploring much this time because we didn't want to leave the house. The furniture, white goods, kitchen utensils, garden furniture, bed duvet were all clean, new and of good quality. There were enough closet drawers. Every detail has been considered such as a barbecue in the garden, a shower where you can bathe when you leave the pool, a small faucet, lighting, etc. There is parking and the door can be opened by remote control or phone. You can easily get in and out comfortably. Everything was very nice.

Ms. Pınar's house was quiet and peaceful due to its location, and it was very successful in terms of design. The house was in the same condition as shown in the photos, it had the same beauty. Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to meet all our needs related to the place and the environment. As stated, it was very close to everywhere. The fact that it was close to the road and there was noise did not bother us much. Only the pool was smaller than expected.

Absolutely loved my stay at this villa! The views over the city were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The layout of the place was perfect, and the location felt very private and peaceful — ideal for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful villa on the cliffside of Kas. There isn’t anything Mehmet hasn’t thought of. So much to do and well stocked. The villa was a perfect place to relax and recharge. The views from the pool are spectacular. Mehmet is a kind and caring host. The villa was incredibly clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this gorgeous property.

This place was far beyond expectations the pictures do not do it justice we didn’t want to leave. Everything was spotless you had everything you could need and more. Fatih was very responsive even took us to the shops in his car he was the perfect host! 10/10 we will definitely be back. Thankyou Fatih

Mesut was an absolute wonderful host! He brought us fresh eggs on our first morning, always had the pool looking pristine, gave excellent recommendations and checked on us daily to make sure everything was great! His place is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for a big breakfast meals and a few dinners. Sitting out on the patio and looking out to the beautiful mountains. The area is super close the exclusive part of Kalkan ( 5 minute drive) or a long walk… it’s also 30 minutes from Kas. We explored the mountains as well and had a blast. We did it on our own but you can check it out with tour companies. The whole area is safe, fun and vibrant! Enjoy your stay here! We sure did :)

Villa, bathroom, kitchen, towels, sheets, everything was tidy and clean. The view and infinity pool were very nice. The pool is cleaned every morning, the depth is ideal, we were able to put the sun loungers as it progresses in layers and it was pleasant to sunbathe. All kinds of tools and necessities are available at home. We brewed our filter coffee in the morning and made our barbecue in the evening. We had the conditions to enjoy and create a peaceful ambiance, and it was a very fun holiday for us. Mr. Yunus is a very good host, he solved the problem we had with the warm pool in a way that we could find a middle ground. Ms. Ayten was also very sweet. Apart from🧿 that, if I were to talk about a few small details, it would be cats and flies. We tried to get rid of our cat guests without😅 feeding them. We also got rid of the little flies in the morning by burning coffee and spraying off spray. Since it is in a mountainous area, such things are inevitable, it did not bother us much. In general, it was a very pleasant holiday for us, we would like to come again

The atmosphere is peaceful and so beautiful that we found ourselves wishing we could stay even longer. The house has everything you need – comfortable beds, a uniquely designed modern minimalist interior, and a sparkling clean pool that’s maintained every morning. The landscaping is gorgeous, with lush greenery, colorful flowers, and fruit trees all around. We were even treated to fresh fruits generously shared by the wonderful people who manage the property. Staying here felt like being in the heart of nature. Pet dogs came to say hello, and we had daily visits from a parrot, chickens, and even turtles – a delight for our kids (ages 5 and 9), who absolutely loved every moment. Surrounded by pine trees, the air was fresh and rejuvenating. We will come back

Wonderful villa in a great location. You get the best of both worlds as Özün the owner of the villa also owns the adjacent hotel which has a restaurant, bar and a huge pool which was great for the kids. Özün and all of his staff were so friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, nothing was too much. This is Turkish hospitality at its finest. We will definitely be returning.

We loved our stay at the villa. The location and the view is amazing. The drive is a bit tricky but it’s worth it. Büşra is very helpful and responsive. We had a flat tyre on our last day and Büşra and her family were very kind and helpful. They helped us with changing the tyre for free. I would definitely book the villa again if I visit the area again in the future.
