Everything was very nice. It was a pristine house, everything smelled clean. All the amenities were good. There were all kinds of materials for the kitchen. Almost everything about the house was perfect. Only the 2nd day of our stay, the house was flooded due to heavy rainfall. But the house was quickly cleaned, and the wet items were replaced with new ones. The couple who came to clean was very sweet. We would have expected an apology from the host about this situation. She was still helpful and we were able to reach her every time we called, which we were satisfied with.

We had a great holiday in the villa where we stayed with our family of 6. Thank you very much for your attention and hospitality to Mr. Can and Ms. Katerina, we are very satisfied. It was a place we wanted to go again.

We had a pleasant holiday, Ms. Pınar was a very good host. We didn't use areas like the jacuzzi tub, but the garden and pool were very enjoyable. It's an ideal home for a family of 4 or a group of friends. It is close to the center and the surrounding bays in terms of location. Guests without a car may have some difficulties.

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

It was a very nice stay. The fact that the house is on the main road made transportation easier because we were without a car. But it's still hard to walk to at least a minibus to go nearby. Overall the house was clean and convenient. Just some of the pots and pans in the kitchen were worn out. We backed out of using them but overall things were enough. And we found the daily pool cleaning a little inadequate. We cleaned it ourselves. But they were very good at communication. Quick response returned and resolved our needs. The benefit can be preferred in terms of cost.

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! Our host could not have been more helpful. He recommended a taxi firm for our transfer and arranged for the driver to have the apartment key to let us in when we arrived. As we arrived late this took all the stress away. He also provided lots of recommendations and was flexible with our checkout. The location of the apartment is fantastic, just a few minutes from the action at the top of the main street and a wonderful view from the terrace which is a great size. Kalkan is on a hill so a good workout to get home, but worth it. The apartment itself is a great size and suited us perfectly. Just used the pool once as spent most of the time at beach clubs, but it was great to have the option. I would absolutely recommend Levent's place!

It was a very nice house with a great view and all the necessities were considered. We enjoyed preparing our own breakfast and dinners with this beautiful view and enjoy every moment. The fact that it was very close to the center of Kalkan was also a great advantage. We are also very satisfied with the restaurant that Ms. Yasemin recommended. Great place to stay. Spacious appartment for two, quietly attached to the bigger villa, separate everything. Location is a killer - away for the crowd. Beautifully furnished, fresh and modern. Appliances are top notch. No problems at all. Very satisfying experience.

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

Lovely comfortable apartment bed especially comfy - everything you could need for a lovely stay

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The house is located right in the heart of the old town, with everything you need just steps away — restaurants, cafes, and charming little shops. There’s even a restaurant right under the window called Naturel, where they serve the best seafood pasta I’ve ever had! In the evenings, it can be a bit noisy, but the hosts thoughtfully provide earplugs for a good night’s sleep. The house itself is beautiful, very spacious, and has everything you might need — from a washing machine to a sewing kit. It felt like a real home. When we arrived, the hosts had left us some sweets and fresh fruit, which was such a warm and thoughtful touch. I would happily stay here again!

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the city trade and easy access to Oludeniz Beach (by car). The host made us very comfortable, and still offered us a treat for appetizer on one of the nights, in addition to the flexible check-out.

It was beautiful in terms of location, there was no parking problem, the markets were within walking distance, the kitchen appliances were all complete. The house was tidy, clean and peaceful. I stayed with my wife and 8-month-old daughter, we enjoyed it very much, I can say that we have accumulated beautiful memories in that house. During our stay, our kitchen gas cylinder ran out, but even though it was a holiday, Mr. Bora took quick action. This issue was important to us because I had to prepare supplementary food for my daughter all the time, so thank you very much.
