The house is located in a very quiet place away from the center, the pool is very large, we stayed with 4 people, there is separate air conditioning in each room and 3 bathrooms, the barbecue was quite sufficient They did maintenance every day and the house was very clean, the hot tub was very nice, overall, we were very satisfied But if you don't have a car, it will be very difficult, the nearest grocery store is 10 minutes by car

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

Absolutely loved my stay at this villa! The views over the city were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The layout of the place was perfect, and the location felt very private and peaceful — ideal for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Would definitely come back!

Mr. Orhan was extremely interested in everything you could think of with his interest and relevance from the first moment we entered the house to our exit, everything you might need in the house was tastefully chosen up to the smallest detail, the house is much more pleasant than it looks in the photos, the beauty of the house and definitely five stars with the interest of the host! We highly recommend it to those who are in the research phase:)

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Host was welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Beautiful surroundings and view in a peaceful setting. The host was very helpful and welcoming and we felt very supported if we reached out for assistance or questions. Would 100% recommend and would love to come back one day.

This beautiful place was a dream to stay in. Hillary was extremely responsive, friendly, and kind. There is plenty of space and comfortable beds and linens. The water cooler with bottled water was appreciated. We had plenty of everything we needed. The location allowed us to easily get into the main Kas area. He definitely hope to return!

We loved our stay in Simos’s house Kastellorizo! This is a traditional Greek house with a simple timeless charm. Lovely and clean, and everything we could have wished for. The view from the upstairs balcony is stunning and the location perfect. Simos was easy to communicate with and helpful when we needed to change arrangements during our stay. We hope we can return one day!

This is Gahmze (Yucel's wife's) hotel. She is a ray of sunshine. He is a warm and witty man. They have a beautiful family and the apartment they offer reflects their positive warmth. We were very happy to be their neighbor for week. The neighborhood is a ways out from the center. It's a real neighborhood. Best to have a car. And explore up the winding mountain road for the best sunset you can imagine. And enjoy the call to prayer that reverberates off the mountain 5 times a day, dawn til dark. Beautiful. Peaceful. There are a couple well known beaches that are nice, but seek out the more remote, less trafficed one's. Gerenlik beach out on the peninsula north of town is isolated and worth the effort. Seyrik Cakil Plaiji is about 6 km past the famous Kaputas and much less crowded and every bit as lovely. Super easy access. Don't miss Saliklent Gorge. Enjoy. Tesekur aderim, Yucel and Gahmze.

Ms. Arzu's father, Uncle Osman, took care of us, he was a very sweet person and helped us a lot. The house was immaculate and just like the photos. All the facilities were provided to make us feel at home, everything was very clean and tidy. I would like to thank them for their hospitality and smiling faces.

Lovely view , but it is a rural location - which was no problem for us .

Cemile's place is perfect. The bed on the second floor is done the way you see the sea first, when you wake up. Great feeling, very nice. Kitchen is perfect, BBQ zone is great. Please note, the location is quite private, so you'd better have your own transport (rental car or smth)

The view from the house is absolutely perfect. Everything in the house has been thought out and beautifully designed. The host was very helpful, thanks to everything. And the cleanliness, which I'm most sensitive about, is fully rated from us. We are definitely planning to come back to summer.

We stayed in a wonderful apartment in Kalkan, close to the city center, where you can have a nice holiday with your family. The pool of the house is clean and all the air conditioners, etc. that you may need for the person staying in the house were available and in working condition. The host Mr. Ahmet and his family are extremely caring, sensitive and kind people. We said goodbye, not realizing how time had passed.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

What and amazing view from this clean and spacious 2 bedroom appartment. Gokhan was easy to communicate with. The appartment is about 7 mins by car from the centre of Cas. We parked near the appartment then walked up a driveway followed by 3 flights of stairs. The appartment is so spacious and has a huge balcony with spectacular views. We enjoyed this appartment so much. There is a little pebbled beach nearby with restaurants. Thank you Gokhan.

Although I wrote late, Gamze was quick to respond and gave solution-oriented suggestions. They greeted us near the house when we arrived. The house was as pictured and we had a magnificent time as a family. A house that can accommodate 6 people and a dog very comfortably. The pool, garden and the house itself were very nice. Definitely a stay we can recommend to everyone. It is in a location where you can easily reach the center of Kalkan, Kaş, Patara by car. I hope we can come back again:)

We had our second stay four years apart. As usual, Mr. Necdet was kind and helpful. The house is the same as in the pictures. No problem in terms of privacy. Very close to the center of Kaş. It offers both a quiet evening and a lively night with its proximity to the center of Kaş.

We stayed in the house for 5 days and had a great time. The location is excellent close to everything yet peaceful. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, with a lot of charm. Some of the furniture is a bit old, but it didn’t affect our comfort. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Kaş would definitely recommend!

She was very helpful before and during stay. She tried to come up with solution in every small problems. Communication was fast and easy with her. Villa was the same as in the photos. Only problem was she didn't mention about the cats which is walking/sleeping inside and outside of the house and garden. It wasn't problem for us but might become a problem for others.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment presented to us was the same as the photos. I can say that I looked at the view for hours. Our house was left clean. They provided flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out. We thank Ms. Merve for her interest.

This is a a great apartment to stay in if you're visiting Kas. The apartment is really nice and within easy walking distance to the old town, but also far enough away that you aren't kept awake by the music! The facilities are really good. We definitely got our monies worth with the washing machine! Finally, the host (Ayse) is so nice. she goes out of her way to help you and even invited us down for coffee with her one day. I would definitely recommend the boat trip to Kekova Island that she arranges. It was the best boat trip I've been on. Nice boat, not over crowded and really good food.
