Thanks a lot to Josephina ma’am for this great experience and stay in Colva, Goa just by the sea! The room was clean and tidy with daily cleaning service! The area is great with good veg and non-veg breakfast and lunch/dinner options around. Apart from that all services are available around like taxi, buses, bikes and kirana stores! Great location! Josephina ma’am guided us a lot in terms of the bike rentals! Thanks to her we also got an early check-in and late check-out which helped us relax extra and be more comfortable there! It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best properties at the price point in south goa. we enjoyed the proximity to beaches and things to do. Will definitely recommend and be back on my next trip 👌🏽

Craig's place is absolutely stunning! The backyard river is magical and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Shankar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything seamless. The property is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect for unwinding. Parking is a bit tight, but we had no issues fitting our Creta SUV with careful maneuvering. Highly recommend this gem - we're already planning our next visit!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We initially Booked the property for 3 days but after we have taken look at the place in person we have extended the booking by one more day. One thing to say "Worth the Price" - Best place to be if u want to stay near Candolim, Calangute and Baga. And Surprisingly a responsive host and really had great time staying in the place.

Hyacinth was accommodating from pre booking and even more friendly when we met him. He did not rush us at all and invested a lot of time in the beginning to make sure we had no other questions. Communication was brilliant and sometimes he would even respond within minutes. Always helpful and would get things resolved efficiently. Place was better than described in my opinion and clean was friendly too and we got along with him great. All you have to do is just tell him to clean where you require the most and he will do it. We will definitely stay with him again !

It’s my second time booking a property with Basappa, and let me tell you everything is sorted at the property. - Cleaning lady comes and cleans almost everyday. You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. We stayed in this property for two days, it was an amazing stay. All the amenities listed were available and special thanks to the host for being responsive, very coperative and friendly. Highly recommended.

This place is packed properly with amenities and has beautiful interiors. Jonas, the manager accommodated us quite well even when our original room was having some issues. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay across the two configurations. Rooms are vibrant and someone with a design-centric mind will definitely love it.

Mr. Roy (The Barbozas) was very friendly and responsive host. He provided us with a list of valuable recommendations. He even helped us to locate one car mechanic when our rented car broke down near the property. I stayed at his place with my family and really liked the place. The overall location and ambience of the property is very good. The place is safe, peaceful and enjoyable for any family. I would recommend all travelling to South Goa (2-3 pax) to stay at his place and enjoy the various activities at a walkable distance to the Benaulim beach.

We had a lovely stay at Savio and Lucy’s well-maintained home in Goa. Everything was just as described, and the added cleaning service every other day made things even more comfortable. Savio and Lucy were incredibly warm and responsive. When we accidentally locked ourselves out on day one, Lucy arrived quickly with spare keys and a big smile. She also helped us navigate local essentials through an app, which was a huge help. The location is peaceful—ideal if you enjoy quiet evenings after beach days (though the beach is a drive away). A tip: rent a car from the airport itself—it’s much easier. Savio connected us with a great car rental contact and even arranged a whiteboard and yoga mat for us. Their thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made this trip special. Highly recommended. Thank you, Savio and Lucy!

Nice 2BHK flat with 2 double beds, ACs, Fridge and all the amenities like TV and Wifi. Not so easy to find for the delivery executive if you order food. Rest all was convenient.
